Hong Kong (II)

"Where have you been?" She asked as she put on a yellow summer dress.

Terrence paced the room and didn't reply to her question. He was biting his thumb, looked at his phone, opened it, and then put it down.

"Are you waiting for a call or something? My friend was asking me to grab some coffee at Central, wanna come?"

"Uhm," he shoved his hands in his back pocket and looked at her as if he just noticed her. "You were saying something?"

She clicked her tongue and grabbed her purse. "I've been asking you questions and you've been ignoring me!" She marched out of their hotel room and Terrence didn't even try to stop her. She was still mulling about his strange behavior but in the end, decided to shrug it off. Whatever problem he has is not her problem. She has enough on her plate to think about.
