A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. However, nothing comes for free. A prices must be paid. A duty must be delivered.

Three days passed since the team arrived in Wadiya.

The team outwardly acted like normal tourists. They enjoyed their time in the hotel's various facilities. They also took the time to tour this glittering city in the sand.

Abdul-Lateef spent most of his time at the gun range. He tried out different guns available. He was mostly used to handling military-issued weapons so it was novel for him  to handle some of the guns at the range. He found it interesting trying out the various guns, though powerful in their own right, that didn't meet the military's stringent standards. He found a number of them quite to his liking. He also tried out civilian variants of military-issued weapons, trying to understand the difference between the two classes of weapons.
