A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. 
As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world.

"So, tell us about the Black Moon Syndicate. You mentioned before that their operations were larger in number and in scope than we realised or expected." Korede said.

"In summary, their operations have expanded to cover three states, with Edo at the centre, they spread to both neighbouring States of Delta and Ondo. They own petrol and diesel stations for their bunkered and adulterated fuel, they have supermarkets for stolen goods, they built an underground casino for their illegal gambling ring, they also have a loan agency for their loan sharking, blackmail and extortion racket as well as a gentleman's club and massage parlour for the prostitution ring.

"They boldly hid these criminal enterprises within legal establishments almost as if they were daring us to come crackdown on them." Special Agent Agbon revealed.

"I guess Desmond Ogugu was that confident in his information network." Korede said.
