A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. 
As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world.
Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

An old gentlemen immaculately dressed in a casual suit disembarked from a Cruise Ship on the city of Marseille's western Old port.

Although the wrinkles on his face and his fully grey hair indicated this old gentlemen was in his twilight years, he exuded a strong vigour which would put men a couple of decades younger than his perceived age to shame.

If the A-Rank Wolves under Zebadiah Zolt, Smoke and Spark, saw this old gentleman, they will vaguely recognise him as none other than the old man they freed from Liberty's S-Rank confinement, the man who was known as the Grandmaster Thief, Dylan Dubois.
