Sergei finally allowed Ollien to leave. He could not stop his cousin from being in the castle. He hoped nothing would happen to him until he got tired of traveling and returned to this castle again.
He got up then walked to the balcony. He wanted to breathe the night air and look for prey. Sergei stood on the balcony his felt the movement of his enemy, the werewolves.
There was the howl of a werewolf who was getting ready to hunt its prey. It made Sergei feel that they are predators who are always thirsty to kill.
For them, every day has to kill and seek prey for food or pleasure. Sergei grinned. He wanted to know what they were going to do.
Sergei will only pay attention to their every move. He was not going to hunt werewolves tonight. Because tonight he just wanted to find out who of them all knew about Igor Kraynov.
If Laika can not find him, he will start his search. He will leave his business to someone to take care of it.
He took a deep breath, then jumped down and ran as fast as he could into the forest. Even though the ground was snowy, that did not stop Sergei from moving.
A werewolf who was walking towards the settlement smelled like a vampire. He immediately sniffed around to find the whereabouts of the vampire.
The vampire who smelled was Sergei. He deliberately pulls out his trademark as a vampire. He wanted to know whether the werewolves had found him or not.
Because he knew that some werewolves could only sniff out the smell but never managed to find it. Sergei was standing in a large tree. He could see some werewolves who were looking for prey.
His nose smelled of fresh human blood. He was sure that the human was only a few kilometers away from him. Sergei grinned, and then he ran towards the human. He did not care about the werewolves and was already aware of his movements.
"Go after it if you can!" Sergei said with a smile and continued running towards the near scent of human blood.
He wanted to know who the human was, so the smell of his blood drew Sergei closer. While the werewolves were still chasing behind, they were eager to kill the vampires they already knew.
Sergei ran so fast he arrived at the human place that smelled of blood. He returned to his feet on the tallest tree and saw what was going on.
Seen, a little girl who was sitting crying. His forehead was injured that it was bleeding fresh. The blood that came out also invited the werewolves who were chasing Sergei.
His blood covered the smell of vampires so that werewolves could not smell vampires. So they just smelled human blood.
Sergei became more and more curious about the little girl because he knew the strengths of the little girl. He thought of putting the little girl under his control.
He wanted to see first what the werewolves would do to the little girl. Do they tear her tiny body or play with her first.
Because Sergei wanted to see if the little girl had the right to live or not, is that little girl deserves to be his subordinate. Or not. He thought about everything seriously as he continued to look at the situation below him.
The little girl stopped crying when she saw several werewolves approaching. She could see the werewolves because the lighting around his house was so good. She wiped her tears and tried to find a tool that she could use.
Sergei smiled when he saw the little girl's attitude that stopped her crying—and looking for a tool that can use to defend herself against the werewolves who have targeted her.
"Interesting. I can't wait to see what you are going to do, little girl ...," muttered Sergei as he stood aware of the large tree trunk.
The werewolves started to surround the little girl, and they made a sound that would terrify the humans. They looked like they couldn't wait to tear the little girl apart. So that their saliva was dripping, their sharp teeth were ready to pounce, and their hands were ready to tear the little girl's body apart.
"Do not come close! You think I'm afraid of beasts like you!" The little girl said as she was not afraid of the werewolves that had surrounded her.
Sergei just smiled at the words of the little girl. He was sure that the little girl had something that other ordinary humans didn't have.
One of the werewolves started attacking the little girl with a flick of her claws. However, the little girl easily dodged his attacks.
The little girl only uses wood with a sharp tip. And it could not finish off the werewolves that had surrounded her.
However, the little girl did not give up and continued to survive the werewolves' attacks. Sergei shook his head, and he couldn't understand how stupid werewolves were.
They couldn't even kill a little girl. He was even more convinced that these werewolves were once stupid humans. And Sergei believes they are not aware of Igor Kraynov's whereabouts.
If they don't know where Igor is, then the werewolves under him don't matter. They deserved to die at his hands, and he would mutilate their bodies so that no one could recognize them.
The little girl was still able to withstand the werewolf attacks. She was not an ordinary little girl who could only cry and play.
No one knows if she can protect herself. However, she could not resist being her stepmother because the stepmother had taken care of her after her father died.
She was cornered, and then her breath coming out of breath, her hands starting to tremble. Sweat had soaked all over her clothes, even though the weather was freezing.
Saw the werewolves grinning. They felt that their prey was exhausted and could not fight anymore. Now it's time for them to tear up the cute-looking little girl.
"I know you're upstairs ... why don't you give me your gun!" shrieked the little girl who realized someone was watching her.
Sergei just smiled. He was even more amazed by the little girl. Because aware of his existence but doesn't want to give up his weapon. He still wanted to see the little girl's abilities.
He also wanted to know what else the little girl had. Because Sergei knew still hid something hidden in the little girl, and he tried to find out.
