Upon seeing the appearance of Re'Bah, Re'Tul was experiencing waves of euphoria to the extent her face was flushed red, almost experiencing an orgasm. She had been rivals with Re'Bah since childhood. And every time they competed, she was a tad inferior to Re'Bah.

Whether it was in terms of affinity towards Water Qi, their usage of Pranic Arts, their base fighting strength, their ability to scheme, and even appearance-wise, she was inferior to Re'Bah in every manner.
