Re'Kha exited the banquet hall, accompanying Rim as she asked her, "Are you alright now?"
"Yes, Lady Re'Kha. His kick didn't injure me." Rim replied, patting her chest to calm her thumping heart. She wiped the blood dripping from her forehead, hurriedly fixing her appearance as she followed Re'Kha.
"Thank goodness," Re'Kha sighed in relief. She had left intending to bring Rim to a hospital first in case she sustained a deeper injury from that kick, "Tell me if you feel any pain or the sort. Don't hide it, alright?"
"Definitely, Lady Re'Kha. I won't hide anything from you." Rim said. She was only 14 years old, living all alone at a tender age just because she was born in a family of servants. Her family members were servants of the West Lake and had been so for generations.
