After running through the forest, with the rain muting all sounds. He started to cough. Thinking that his end was near he crawled into a tree trunk, praying to the heavens he isn't found. Alas, he succumbed to the pain and blacked out.

This story takes place in a world where humans are treated as lowly creatures because of their weakness against the other races. The main character of this story Koutaro Fukushima, was going about his daily business serving a noble's daughter, and slipped up and was found out to be human. He was then forced to run away leaving everything behind.
