Escaping

Driving for about eight minutes there was total silence in the car. I noticed that I have never been on this road before, it seemed as if the road had not been driven on in a long time. The moon light made the night a little brighter but the shadows of the trees made it seem as if there was no moon. We arrived at a T-junction, to the right there were a few ancient looking buildings but I could not see them clearly because of the limited amount of light post in the area and the one that I saw looks as if it will collapse if someone touches it. On the left I only saw a narrow vacant road. The man turned the car to the left and drove down a bit, he then pulled over to the sidewalk. I saw him grasp his pistol and turned off the car, Sally and I were wondering what was happening. He opened the door and stepped out, he slammed the door and used his button key to lock all the doors. Sally and I were smart enough to not try our little escape scheme again. We saw him walk in the bushes and we realized he was taking a pee.

Sally nervously whispered, "Rebecca, I`m scared and I want to get out of here. I have a plan."

I was really terrified to even agree to try and escape, I cleared my throat, "Am scared too Sally, I'm terrified to try something again but what do you think we should do?" Sally explained her whole plan to me, and it was a smart plan and I actually agreed. Sally always carried a switchblade knife in case she was attacked, gladly she had it with her. Sally reached into her bag and took it out and switched the blade out waiting for the man to open the door. He was walking towards his door and used his button key to open it, he sat down and before his right foot could enter the car Sally stabbed him in the left shoulder. The man Shouted, "Aghh, you little brat!" His pistol fell out of his hand, we made sure to use this opportunity to try and escape. I opened the door to my left and got out. I tried to help Sally out but the man grabbed her leg firmly with his right hand. I pulled as hard as I could but I wasn't strong enough.

     "Let her go!" I screamed

Sally shouted, "Run! Rebecca, run!" I looked in her eyes while still trying to get her out and water ran from her eyes down to her chin. I knew that I couldn't leave her but I had no choice, I wasn't strong enough to save her. So I ran as fast as I could to find someone to help me. I was about one hundred and fifty meters (150m) away from the car, and I could still hear screams from Sally. The screams were becoming faint until I couldn't hear it anymore. A thought came to my mind that maybe Sally was dead but I pushed it away immediately, and continued running.
