"It's time to go," Sarah chirped. I collected my things, remembering my backpack. As I lifted the pack to my back, I was struck with a blur of memories. Talon took my hand as I started to make my way to the portal, walking with me until the last step.
We descended into the familiar dark, stone tunnel leading to my realm. As we went further in, the air seemed to change and the stones changed into a lighter grey. I could see there were a few hallways, going different directions, and there were some rooms I had not noticed before. There was one room that held a table, candle and chair, and a lit fireplace. Through the door on the other side, I could see a small set of stone steps. Beyond that, I could see light spilling into the tunnel at the end of the hallway.
