"Hey." Julie calls out
"Yes my royal pain the ass." Holly replies disgusted with her life now
"What did yu you say?" Julie says furiously
I said nothing holly says hiding the fact she wanted to strangle Julie where she stood , It had been three months of black mail and torture holly had to keep watching the man she loved kiss and have heated sessions in the office with the man she couldn't live without
Ok get me coffee , black no sugar." Julie commands
"Yes madam." Holly replies
"And make it quick, I don't want you to walk in on me and Riley like you done these past months when we're making love." Julie replies
Turning holly's head red out jealousy , Holly had been turned into a slave don-keying around to please Julie starving herself doing anything they asked of her even if it meant selling her soul to devil if it meant it would keep her family safe she was ready to go through any type of hell in order to see this through even if it hurt to see the man she loves with another she had no other choice
She admitted it was her fault as to why Riley chose Julie, because she rejected him although deep down she had feelings for Riley that were eating her live she badly wanted tell Riley that her body yearns for his touch and that she loves him so desperately but love had caused so much pain it was because of love that she was abused and trafficked as sex slave that same loved caused the death of her sister and best friend how could she be selfish killing her feelings was the only way to keep her secrets and keep her family safe from the cartel
Even if it meant that she would never see Riley ever again she was tired of bieng julies donkey doing everything she wanted her to do without question the last time she did it she walked in on them having sex And it hurt cause it wasn't the first time she found the man she loves in arms of another but it was Julie are girl that has hated holly since high school and who knew her dark past was threatened to reveal it That would put her and family in danger so she had to resign it was the only way to keep her secret and stop hurting herself
Cause watching their PDA sessions had become to painful cause holly loved Riley but bieng with him was impossible so breaving the pain and hurt for loosing the first job she loved in years she walked in Riley's office to hand in her resignation letter and walked out thank God Riley hadn't arrived yet so Holly was able to place her letter and go out before Riley arrived When Riley arrived in his office he found holly's resignation letter by his table infuriating Riley immediately and demanded for Holly's presence in his office
"Holly what the hell is this on my desk ,can you get this rubbish off my desk." Riley orders
"It's my resignation letter I have decided to resign from your company."Holly replies stating her decision
"Well don't accept your resignation."Riley said furiously
"It's my choice mr Clemons." Holly said standing her ground
"I don't give a shit your not resigning ." Riley said shredding the letter into pieces
Angering holly, Why in the hell did you do that for?"
"Cause I won't accept your resignation letter, cause I can't live without even if you keep rejecting me the truth is I love you, I can't be without you or spend the day without seeing you."
"No Riley yu have a girlfriend and Iam your employee ,so it's not right plus yu chose her over me."Holly says giving a matter of fact look to Riley
"No all did thus far was to make you jealous, I don't care about Julie, your the one I want but your to complicated you don't want me." Riley says hurt
"I do want you but I can't have you , you belong to another and you are her man."Holly replies
"Julie is nothing to me , she has never been anything, it's you l love and one else can't you see that my heart bleeds for you." Riley says confessing what he has held in for the longest time
"I can't allow my feelings to decitate my actions when I do that, I always end up hurt cause men like you are poison and only want one thing." Holly replies
"And what is that if you're afraid that I will use you then you are wrong, I do love you even if I never sleep with you provided your mine, I won't mind cause I believe once your comfortable you let me in." Riley said meaning every word
"But your my employer." holly said in tears
"And what should that matter when I love you and you love me."
"Cause if started climbing the cooperate ladders they will say it's because am your woman and not by my merits."
"I will never promote you cause your my woman I will promote you on merits alone, but if you don't want people to know it can be our little secret." Riley replies wearing is heart on his sleeve as he was about to kiss holly
."No I can't let this happen being with you, will put my family in danger , Riley your everything I need an addiction just like sugar we all know it's bad for our health but we take it anyway so I can't be in same room as you cause I won't be able to resist and I have to resist ." Holly said running out of the office
Riley ran after and held hand stopping dead in her tracks turned her around holding her close so they could feel each other's warm breaths Riley had been dreaming of this kiss ever since he met holly and couldn't believe it was about to happen he hadn't forgotten about the kiss he stole a few months ago and the sweet flavor of holly's lips the sweet sensations that almost drove him to brink of insanity due to emense pleasures it gave Riley a kiss holly refused to acknowledge breaking Riley's heart
