Goddess's Rodeo

Thelamia couldn't believe of what she had seen from the dirty reservoir.

Through the distance she could clearly see a gargantuan piranha made from clustered crimson metal scraps. The monster had razor fangs. Its fangs looked-like shredded aluminum foil that would tear anyone's flesh into smithereens.

Afterwards, it growled at the Goddess as it was a leviathan of doom,

"SHHHHHRRRAAAAAOOOOGGHHHSSSKK!"

The atmosphere became hell bent and distorted, when it groaned as a menace of destruction. The townsfolk rushed away when they heard its cry.

Beneath their feet, they were feeling the muddy waves of chaos.

While for Genocide, he wasn't terrified, rather he just made a grin,

"Had some soda Thamy?"

"Y-yea."

Then, Genocide sighed,

"Guess what, that soda can of yours turned into, that."

His hand pointed at the metal fish menace through the distance.

The silly Goddess just gulped.

Soon enough, Genocide brought out his golden necklace. The next moment, his necklace turned into his trusty flamebreaker of decimation.

He locked his fiery stare at the menace afterwards,

"Now time to take out the trash."

The monster took notice of Thelamia. It opened its gaping mouth, as she was a delicious meal for it.

Thelamia had stop trembling. She steeled her nerves and clenched her hands. Then, she grabbed her grimace meteor weapon that looked-like a dagger with a chain attached.

Afterwards, she lashed out her weapon and swung it around, as she was some kind of cowgirl. A cowgirl who was about to lasso a raging bull.

Suddenly, Genocide was seedy-eyed,

"Oi Thamy."

She looked at him innocently,

"Hm?"

The next moment, Genocide released his annoyed rage,

"WHAT THE HELLS WOMAN?!"

There, Thelamia witnessed that the panicking Genocide and Spheera were being hit by the small firebolts conjured by her swinging lasso.

She's such a klutzy Goddess alright.

She apologized to them immediately,

"Ooopsies! Sorry."

In an instant, she tried to hit the monster by swinging her chain dagger at it. Her sharp dagger flew through the long distance, but it didn't even reach the monster. Instead, the weapon's tip dropped to the body of water.

It seemed she forgot to measure her weapon's length, just as you'd expect from an airhead.

Immediately, she pulled the dagger away from the monster.

Genocide glanced at her and facepalmed,

"Let me guess, you suck at fighting?"

Thelamia became an angry little girl and stomped her foot,

Hey! I don't suck at fighting! It's just this weapon is so new to me okay!"

The monstous piranha laughed as its feisty meal was pathetic.

Then, Genocide looked at her, while he was pointing at the laughing menace,

"Look, even the monster's laughing at y.—"

Suddenly, Genocide was bashed by a giant glowing cannonball that burst out from the monster's mouth.

Thelamia was shocked,

"GENO!"

A while later, Spheera smacked the cannonball that lost momentum. Then, the cannonball shattered into mllions of pieces.

Thankfully, Genocide was still conscious, turning Thelamia to be relieved.

He was just dragged away for a short distance. Genocide patted Spheera's metal head and thanked it. Though, Spheera just looked away with a smug,

"Hmph!"

He tried to get up, yet he felt a sudden jolt of a painful sting from his right foot. Threupon, he was very much annoyed,

"Dang! Why now!"

"CRYXA SHARD,"

Thelamia casted in a jiffy. Although, her hand had only shot out one small crystal shard. As the tiny fragment hit the monster, the shard didn't even make a dent on its titanium body.

The menacing creature shifted its gaze of terror at Thelamia.

The young-looking Goddess herself was frozen in fear afterwards. She tried to get away, yet her cold feet wouldn't even move an inch.

The monster widened its gaping mouth. Then, it siphoned all of the magical energy around the dry air. Soon enough, its mouth burst out a humongous metal sphere at Thelamia.

While the ball of destruction was heading towards her, she cowered for her dear life and shut her eyes.

Spheera cried for its master,

"Thamy! Look out!"

In a split of a second, Thelamia heard the clang of steel.

She opened her eyes and she was filled with surprise,

"D-Destruct?!"

In front of her, she witnessed that the rose-gold haired Destruct blocked the cannonball with his humongous steel hammer. She also perceived that he was riding on a white opal bike as well.

To her eyes, Destruct was a charming prince who came to her rescue.

Destruct shifted at her. He gave her a smile that would swoon the angels from excitement,

"How do you do, my princess."

After that, Destruct swung his hammer forward and flung back the cannonball to the monster. In a jiffy he exclaimed behind,

"NOW!"

Then, a siren-like voice of a maiden was heard through the long distance,

"SONORA FLARE!"

Two rays of lights swirled above the monster. The next momment, a huge blinding pillar of golden flames burst out from the epicenter of the lake. The pillar of searing fire even reached up above the heavens due to its intense power.

When the blinding flash was gone, the monster was no more. The atmosphere of swirling chaos was no longer sensed as well.

The townsfolk were back to their usual selves, but they were having strange rumors about Destruct's sudden appearance.

Later on, Destruct made an elegant bow to the cowering Thelamia whose legs were bent,

"It's been a while my dear princess Thelamia."

There after, he grabbed Thelamia's hand and raised her up. He looked to his right and made a proud smug to Genocide from a few meters away,

"And hello my dear reckless little brother."

Genocide just waved his hand,

"Yeah, hi."

Suddenly, he felt another sting from his injured leg and couldn't stand straight.

Destruct just made a stressed sigh, while he was touching his own forehead,

"And you got into another accident again."

Destruct snapped his fingers.

In a blink of an eye, a prim and proper woman was in front of him Genocide already. He perceived that she was wearing a full white mask and she was shrouded by a golden hood.

He was a little flabbergasted,

"Ummm..."

The woman knelt down and tocuhed his fractured leg. It seemed she was healing him with her magical touch.

He was feeling that his injured leg was being massaged by the soothing caresses of the mystey woman. Not only that, he was feeling the soft petals along the licorice breeze inside his blissful thoughts,

"This feeling, seems familiar."

Thelamia noticed that Genocide's leg was surrounded by lots of golden lights and his visible bruises were gone too. Although, she was mystified in her thoughts when she perceived the mysterious lady,

"That ain't Julie, I wonder who's that mystery woman though."

Who knows.

Not much soon, the flow of stardust ceased. The elegant woman in a radiant visage stood up and bowed.

Genocide tried to move his injured leg before. He felt that his leg was good as new,

"Hey! My leg doesn't hurt anymore. Thanks!"

The golden hooded woman giggled. Then, she spoke with a normal tone that was the same voice as the woman who casted the spell before,

"Soon, we shall meet again, hero."

Genocide was startled, as he sensed that the woman's voice was very familiar to his ears. His heart skipped a beat too.

Both Thelamia and Spheera were glad for Genocide's restored state.

Somehow, Thelamia had sorrowful vibes inside her core as well, especially in her mind,

"Huh? Why am I sad about this?"

Destruct nodded at the hooded woman.

The lady hidden in a shining visage nodded back.

Not much soon, Destruct said his farewells to Thelamia,

"So sorry again my dear princess, but duty calls."

Thelamia thanked him, as she was still delighted for his rescue,

"I see, thanks for saving me back there. Thou shalt have more blessings to come."

Destruct made a chivalrous bow once more,

"Your words relieve my heart."

Then, he kissed Thelamia's gracious hand. As expected, the childish Goddess's molten core skipped a beat. She was feeling as she was a princess saved by her prince.

Spheera just expressed itself when it saw how Destruct acted like a true royal would,

"Now that's a true prince, and not like what we have in our party."

Not much soon, he departed alongside the woman curtained under a golden visage.

Genocide sneaked behind the wishful Thelamia who was looking at Destruct moving farther away from the town. Genocide just crossed his arms and made a long winding sigh,

"And he just pops out from nowhere."

Suddenly, Genocide remembered something important. He looked at Thelamia and clasped his hands with a merchan't grin,

"Oh yeah! And Thamy, you can purify the waters now."

Sadly, Thelamia didn't reply back. Her eyes were still locked into looking through the distance, while she was holding her chest with a smile.

Thereon, Genocide waved his hand in front of her eyes,

"Eyyy Thamy? Yooohoo."

He snapped his fingers lots,

"C'mon snap out of it."

Soon enough, Thelamia's fantasical trance ceased, turning her to return back to reality,

"Huh Wha?"

Then, she waved at Genocide,

"Oh hi Geno!"

Genocide crossed his arms,

"Yeah well, time for us to finish what we started."

Thelamia just touched her puffy lips and looked above the clouds,

"Uhh uuummm, what are we gonna do again?"

Genocide held her shoulders and looked at her straight with a disturbed look,

"Purify the waters silly."

Spheera just sighed for the forgetfulness of its master.

Afterwards, Genocide grabbed Thelamia and dragged her back to the edge of the reservoir.

Though, Thelamia didn't mind his rash hold on her, since she was busy in her cotton-candy fluffy thoughts,

"Destruct saved me again."

Sooner or later, Thelamia was on all fours once again. Both her hands and feet were submerged into the shallow water's edge. After that, the smiling Goddess cast out enthusiastically,

"OTORI'S PURIFY!"

That sudden moment, the vast murky body of water returned to its natural color. It gleamed as it had sappire crystal fragments below. It was even cleaner than ever before too, as it was purified totally.

Genocide was awestruck when he look o'er the horizon,

"Whoa! You even purified it better than before."

He held his own hips and made a satisfied grin,

"I guess that's enough now Thamy."

Though, Thelamia didn't listen. She continued to let the flow of magic from her body to stream into the clear body of water, since she was still in her licorice trance.

Genocide, Spheera, and the residents noticed that there were even fishes swimming along the reservoir. It wasn't just one or two fishes, rather there was a school of various fishes. It proved that a miracle of life had happened.

Soon, Genocide was getting uneasy,

"Ummm Thamy, that's great but...y-you should stop now. You're making a scene."

Thelamia snapped out of her happy trance,

"Oh I forgot."

Not much soon, she stood up and returned to the dry land. Suddenly, she felt nervous,

"Wha-what's going on?"

There, she observed that a crowd of townspeople surrounded her. The three of them were also hearing rumors brewing around the folks,

"Did she just summon lots of those rare and extinct fishes?"

"Yeah, only the forsaken Goddess of creation could do that."

"Does she want to bestow judgement upon us? By creating a miracle?"

Then, the nurmuring gales conjured by the people continued on and on with regards to the miracle that Thelamia had done.

Though, the Goddess was crept out,

Genocide was feeling that Thelamia was frozen from surprise, so he went to her backside. He held Thelamia's shoulders. Then, he introduced her to the lot,

"Ah yes. This woman right here is the Goddess of creation herself."

Somehow, the people's stange rumors were still brewing amongst themselves.

Then, Genocide whispered to Thelamia's right ear,

"C'mon Thamy, say something."

Thelamia noticed that Spheera made a nod.

After a while, Thelamia made a silly smile and bonked her head,

"Eheheheh! Yea! I'm the Goddess of creation herself, in the flesh!"

Sadly, the odd murmurs kept on going. The air even became more tense as well.

Thereon, Thelamia was absorbed in her confused and uneasy thoughts,

"What's going on? Am I doing something wrong?"
