+41 Grind : Forest of Kin ⁴
「 Your Charm is increased by 200 」
'Huh!? Why did I get this much Charm?'
Knowing that I couldn't find any kind of answer to my question , I didn't think much about it and decided to clear the rest of remaining bases. I could easily go through the remaining normal Garfon's bases easily , so I decided to take a break.
One of the reasons to take a break was to replenish my MP and SP to it's max , it was a cloudy hence not much of sun rays fall over the forest. I took out my lunch , it was rice and curry that I bought from a small shop right at the entrance of the forest. I thought of storing some bread just in case , but it went bad after some days which I didn't expect as this was just a game.
Sometimes I really wondered whether it was just a game or another world seeing how detailed it was. The food somewhat filled my stomach , it didn't bother me as I mostly ate it for the taste. I took some rice on my bowl and bathed it in the brown curry , the smell itself was enough to make my mouth drool over it.
While eating I checked many stuff like my weapons durability , new ways I could use my skills. But today all I could think about was the thing I did with 'Haste' spell , by applying the spell on my whole body I was able to create a new skill. Witnessing it I wondered if I could do the same with any other spells but saw that I didn't have any other buffs spell except 'Amplify' which couldn't be modified.
I then went to check my daggers durability which was only decreased by 10 after using it for 6 days. It's total durability was 500 which was also one of the reasons it was heavy , the sword was still unused by me hence it was at it's max durability. My mask was not damaged as I dodged any blow coming to my face.
I looked at the 'Charm' stat on my status window , I thought of tapping on it just to see if it would give me any kind of information about the stat. I tapped on the stat which opened a blue window before me.

Stat : Charm
- Charm is a special stat which will be unlocked after getting certain type of Title.
- As a person with that Special Title you will be a well-known personality as your Charm stat increases.
- This stat cannot be increased using stats points or when you level up. It can be increased by the power of Titles.
- If the stat drops below 0 you will be hated upon.
」
'But still why did my stat increase by 200? Is getting Title the only way to increase the stat? Their must be some other way to increase.'
I looked at my surroundings and I saw the empty forest and some corpses of Garfon's nearby.
"It's not like I'm going to get any kind of information in a empty forest like this , so I'll have to put this on hold I guess."

「 Kill 301 monsters with higher level than you [87/301] 」
After 6 days and clearing more than 30 bases I was able to get my kill count to 87 , I scouted the bases I previously attacked to see whether the Garfon's re-spawned or not. But no such thing happened and my only option was to move over to the next base.
The number of lower level Garfon's increased in the bases as I went deeper in the forest , my leveling up rate also decreased because of that. I didn't care about my level as long as I was able to get the Sub Quest done.
'If this goes on I don't think I will be able to reach the target in the Forest of Kin. I guess I'll have to revisit the Labyrinth if Frils if that happens.'
Just then I saw the key word of the quest 'monsters' the quest didn't specifically mentioned to kill 301 Garfons.
"But I haven't encounter any other monster than Garfon's till now."
Garfon was the only monsters race I knew the Dark Lord who apparently controlled the race looked like he didn't only control the Garfons as he was ready to kill the Nobles on the spot. Thinking about it for few minutes while eating my lunch , I concluded that I will ask the food stall owner near the entrance the next time I met him.
I took the last bite of my lunch and took a quick nap before going to clear the bases. By the time I woke it was 17:00 , I searched for the bases near me and went with base closest to me. It was creepily quiet in the forest , no birds chirping , no animals growling , no monsters screaming only pin drop silence.
I took out both of my daggers just to be safe , suddenly a arrow flew from my right aiming for my neck. Fighting for multiple monsters for days now I adapted to their multiple attacks filled with killing intents using my agility. Compared to that the arrow aiming to kill me wasn't even giving away any kind of killing intent.
I returned my right dagger to the scabbard on my waist and wrapped my right hand on the arrow completely stopping it. The arrow wasn't sharp enough to make me bleed , I looked in direction from where the arrow came and discovered one presence.
At first I thought thet the enemy was a high level NPC as I couldn't even sense the any killing intent in the arrow and his presence was well hidden. But seeing how the enemy miserably failed to kill me and how I found him easily I concluded that the enemy was low level.
After getting control of my mana I was able to sense presence any monster , human or any kind of organisms near me. But seeing that I ignored his presence it meant that the enemy was probably a low level and saw my demon mask and thought of me as a demon.
I didn't pay attention to the enemy and headed to clear the base , after few minutes his presence was completely gone and I couldn't sense him anymore. On my way to the base I was able to kill two low level Garfon's which helped me to increase my Exp.
I was standing on a tree little away from the base looking at the Garfon's , I always did this whenever I attacked the base just to see if it was possible to sneak in and kill some low level Garfon's without getting noticed. But on this base all the Garfon's were near each other which made it almost impossible to kill them without getting my presence noticed.
So without wasting any time I directly jumped in the middle of the base and used 'Boom Blast' to filter out the weaker Garfon's , but the result was unexpected. There stood no Garfon before everyone was lying on the ground from the impact of my skill , not only that it looked like the range for 'Boom Blast' was also increased.
'Is it cause their aren't any Garfon who are 10+ level higher than me?'
I focused my eyes to check their level individually , with the new command I was able to only see their levels.
"Show level"
I just said what I wanted to see and the system would do it for me , their were no command lists or something for the game. I just created my own commands and it worked without any hiccups.

But I was proven wrong when I saw their were 8 Garfon's who were higher level than me , out of which 5 were 10 levels higher than me. After seeing their level the only thing that came to my mind was image of the message ,
「 Your skill will be unlocked to their full potential 」
I checked my 'Boom Blast' stats and was impressed by the new description.

The level difference to which the skill was applicable and the range of 'Boom Blast' was significantly increased. After using the skill for few days I was able to level it up once which increased its range from 1.2m to 1.4 , the potential unlocked skills doubled the range of the skill.
The Garfon's recovered quicker than I expected , I looked at them and excitedly said ,
"I can't wait to try my new upgraded skills on you guys."
