My First And Only

We spent another day visiting the capital and sightseeing until the night of his birth came. I was preparing myself in my room and I put on a black cloak with a hoodie and a mask. I tried to hide my hair as much as I could and since my eyes stand out too much, I used a spell to change their color.  


I decided to go with a light blue color, similar to Cera's. By the time I was ready, everyone was waiting for me and Celyce was asleep.  


"You guys will surround the exits and help me escape in case of emergency. I should be able to leave swiftly and silently, so don't worry and don't engage unless I'm caught. Stay hidden until the very last moment and then make your way out of the empire. We'll meet on the outskirts of the empire and then leave together."  


"I'll be waiting outside the church as well. I'll be there just in case something unexpected happens. We can't leave out the possibility that the emperor will move."
