You know, I would have thought the half way mark tunnel, tunnel number four, would have a boss.
[It did]
Then why is it me and Hornet didn't end up fighting it.
[because you convinced him long enough not to kill you by telling Hornet his story]
I almost fainted right there, wait, are you saying Doom Guy was suppose to be the boss I was going to fight?
[Yes]
well, bullet dodged there.
when I looked at the fifth tunnel(feels strange how slow rolling my progress is) I felt dread.
a lot, of dread.
because in tunnel number five, was pure blackness, its not your ordinary everyday darkness, its advanced darkness.
I was unable to even take a step, despite all the training, despite all the hard work, and despite the promise I made for Hornet, I could not take a step forward.
Hornet could see that I was unable to move forward.
"Ember its alright, I'm right here." she says holding my hand.
I take a deep breath, and managed to take a step forward.
then there was a sound from the tunnel that sounded like the souls of the damned, but somehow worse.
I then Scooby-doo leaped onto Hornet, me being Scooby in this case with Hornet being the one who usually carries him like shaggy.
"n-nope, n-not s-setting a-a f-foot i-into t-that t-tunnel." it was like I was in the arctic with how my teeth were chittering.
"come on Ember, it'll be alright." Hornet tries to comfort me, not working out too well.
I fell out of her grasp and try using my newly acquired powers and make myself a little dome of stone on the ground.
it works, and now I am in the dome of safety.
Hornet strikes the dome with her nail, the dome crumbles.
I skitter away to one of the other tunnels, but Hornet is faster than me, and grabs me by the back of my cloak.
"come on Ember, this will be easy." Hornet says.
I am now rapped up in my cloak, unable to move, and being carried one armed by Hornet.
two out of three of those things are causing me to panic even more.
Hornet begins walking into the tunnel.
I am whimpering at this point.
yes I am quite terrified of this advanced darkness, sponge bob was only able to survive it because he left it and found a light source that would not burn out in the face of the advanced darkness, a street lamp, don't have that here.
after ten minutes of walking into the advanced darkness, Hornet stops.
the reason, right in front of us, is a shade.
it looks even more terrifying with the advanced darkness.
the only thing visible right now, is the eyes of the shade.
Hornet swipes her nail at it, and it does some damage.
the shade, instead of attacking, disappears.
I am quite spooked, so much so, that I think anymore and I'll faint.
a small light could be seen ahead.
Hornet walked to it, no Hornet don't head into the light!
the light started moving side from side.
I shook harder in Hornets grasp, I knew what that was.
the light started illuminating something very big, with a lot of teeth.
Hornet saw the teeth also and stopped moving forward.
suddenly there was a lot of lights now.
my terror fueled shaking was now becoming close to vibration levels.
Hornet prepared her nail.
the lights started heading towards Hornet(and by extension me, because I'm still tied up) and a low hissing sound could be heard.
Hornet then dropped me on the ground, and I passed out, because angler fish with xenomorph hissing and the bodies of a mix of angler fish and deep ones from H.P Lovecraft, is too much terror at once.
*some time passes*
I wake up, shooting up and into the arms of Hornet(one because the horrific stuff he has gone through, and two because he needs comfort.) I was shaking a little, I felt cold, and needed Hornet hugs.
"there there, its alright now." Hornet says, while softly patting my head.
I still felt some terror, so I kept hugging.
after a little bit, I came down and apologize to Hornet for being useless that last tunnel.
I have a deep scaring mental issue with advanced darkness, I really should not have watched that episode of sponge bob right after watching a couple scp terror ranking and creepy pasta videos, at night.
*shudder shudder shudder*
Hornet forgives me, and gives me a kiss on my forehead.
"its ok Ember, we all have something that we are scared of." she says.
we cuddle a bit, and I realize we are back at hub, and the next tunnel is open, so I ask Hornet what was at the end of the tunnel that we were just in.
"well, I couldn't find a charm, but I did fight something tall with a suit and no face." Hornet says.
and that's me out like a light again, night night.
...To be continued, at some point in the...future... hey what is... that... a piece of paper?... it says... "Don't look, or it takes you." Look at what?... who's there.........*static noises*
(A/N its exactly what you think it is.)
