Chapter 8
"Anyway, putting me forgetting your name aside, we have a much bigger problem" Tryamon looks at her curiously. The human girl pulls out a card "oh? Oh! That! Yes, how are we going to the shop when we have-" she cuts herself off. "Wait, do I have to go?" Emphasizing the 'I' a sigh escapes from Asters mouth "you don't have to you don't wish to" by the looks of her expression it seems like the other is contemplating whether or not she wishes.

Tryamon looks at me and says "I would much rather stay here" and fly to my bed and plopping on top. Before heading out without a question I turn around back to her "you know, I'm going to the shop". A sigh could be heard from Amon "I know, but I feel a little bit lazy right now" she wails. I just let out a small fine and went on my way as I was about to earlier.
When I arrive downstairs, I immediately discern some unknown faces. Trying not to be rude, I tried my best not to squint at them but fails miserably. A chuckle came from the much older looking woman "hello, you must be Aster" the softest voice I had ever heard speak up. The woman's voice caught me off guard.
"I- uh yes I'm Aster nice to meet you, also you must be Ms...." I forgot what her name was everything in my mind went all over the place. But, luckily before I ask what her name was, she replies "Anaya also, please just call me aunt Anaya that will be much appreciated".
"Oh, uh nice to meet you aunt... Anaya...." I say as I try to sound even more polite than before. She giggles "so, are you ready for your date?" Out of I laugh out of nervousness and discomfort "oh, uh... Y- yeah I guess". Anaya looks at me with her eyebrows been lifted " really, though? You just stuttered earlier" wow... Really? Just because I stuttered does not mean I'm not prepared.
"I'm a tad bit anxious if I'm being honest with you" she nods her head "you are anxious?" I- what is wrong with her? "Uh, yes I said that" I am trying my best to sound polite her lady! I roll my eyes. "Anyway, how are you feeling dear?" Hold on a second DIDN'T I JUST TOLD YOU!? I look at her with disgust in my eyes "I'm feeling anxious" ignoring the fact that I had just told her that I'm anxious a moment before.
'Something is odd with this woman and you should be careful' i take a peek from the corner of my eye. 'Just from the way, she smiles you can tell that there is something odd' i reply to the cold voice.
This car ride is awkward and creepy for some anonymous reason when I tried to turn off the air conditioner so that I can pull down the window, she stops me. "Now, darling I reckon that is not a great idea to do" she takes my hand that was originally about to press the air conditioner and places it on my lap. Patting my hand that she earlier had touched, she says "let's never touch that button ever again are we clear?" She smiles eerily the vibes that came from her made me speechless I tell you.
The more she smiles, the more I think she is suspicious 'hey, maybe she's a spy' this time except for the cold voice from earlier it's the voice that had spoken to me at the first time I can hear these weird voices. 'That's a button for the air conditioner what are you on?' I can hear a laid back male voice. What in the world is happening? I don't have any clue either. But am I interested? Yes, maybe a little. The whole ride went smoothly in silence although it was kind of awkward since nobody talked I'm grateful because it could have been even worse.
When we have arrived at the restaurant, I can see a familiar car that my best friend Aliya owns. I sigh in relief good thing I always have her to back me up whenever I need one. I should bring her to my adventure after all of this chaos calms down. After a while, the woman finally finds an empty parking space seriously it almost had been like solid 2 minutes just to find an empty parking space. I need to rethink about getting a bigger car because this car is pretty big but most of the empty parking spaces are small. After getting outside, I try to look for the restaurant but see no restaurant that I tried to look for. Then it hit me this is the right place but the restaurant is a bit of a walk I inhale and exhale I want to scream but there's no way I am doing that. I just cry inside I'm so lazy to walk I want to go home and play some games all day. Quickly realising what I have to do I whipped out my phone as I wait for the woman she's coming because she needs to introduce me to that guy.
I text Aliya that I'm here just need to walk to arrive at the restaurant she replied to a simple 'K' she had been always like this. Her dry ways of texting kill me inside out but she doesn't need to know that because it's fine that flaw of her is kind of cute. "Okay hun let's go" I follow her to the restaurant as we walk, I stay behind her observing her every step and how she walks. As long as I observe her, the more little details of how she walks appeal to me for example, she walks like a bit of a laid back type of person. And the small detail is how she looks uncomfortable walking it is almost like she doesn't know whether she should let her hand swing, or just leave it still on her sides. Also, now that I had observed her back, weirdly her shoulders look a bit broader does all adults have broad shoulders. Well, I have pretty small shoulders and I'm like what 21? Oh, I forgot my age how does that even possible? I do not know. Just going to leave this question for Aliya to solve I can't use my brain right now, well at least not know because I need to focus on this suspicious woman.
