Ese's pov Right now,everything is still,not a soul has moved since Mr Abayomi ultered "son?" For all to hear. I'm not sure how long it has been but it has definitely been longer than it should. "Son!?" Seyi shouted "I'm your son!?" He continued Silence.Nobody said a thing. He looked so pissed. I should do something.what the hell should I do!! Before I knew it I was standing beside Seyi. I held his shoulders "Baby let's go. Please" He looked at me with so much intensity. I mouthed "please" His eyes moved from mine,to his father's and then roamed the room. He grapped me by the hand and within seconds we were out of everyone's gaze and in the comfort of his car. Ray and Eni met us at the driveway seconds later. "Let's get out of here" Ray said in a tone laced with anger Eni nodded in agreement obviously still in shock. We definitely didn't expect the night to turn out like this. "Eni and I will meet you guys at our place, Ese you should drive" Ray continued "No.I'm driving" Seyi announced. "Are you sure?" Ray asked He didn't reply,he pressed the start button and the engine turned on. "Alright then"Ray said Eni gave me a weak smile as Seyi drove off. I didn't know what to say,I just stared as he drove. His eyes were fixed on the road, his knuckles were red cause of how hard he was holding the steering wheels.He was driving at a very high speed. I was now in panic mode. "Seyi?" I said as calmly as I could but got no reply "Baby please slow down" I tried again I still got no answer. I moved to touch his shoulders,but I decided against it when my hands had already gone halfway. I tried again and this time I actually touched him. "Seyi please slow down" I said He turned to me as if just realizing I have been seating there all along. "Shit..sorry" he said "It's fine" I said giving him a smile which he reciprocated and then went back to concentrating on the road. "Sey_,Em.I think you should speak to your fath__" "Don't.you.ever.call him that" Seyi said in a deadly tone. "But__ "But what Ese?. what?" He said angrily He took a deep breath and said "I'm sorry baby,I just do not want to talk about this.let me take you home" "I don't want to go home,I'll stay with you" I said determined "Okay baby"He gave me a weak smile *********************** As we got home,Seyi announced he was going to take a shower and left abruptly. "He is definitely not taking this well" Eni said as she sat down. I and Ray followed suit. "I can't blame him,cause in all honesty nobody can be okay after what just happened" Ray admitted "What kind of father does this.He was so excited to attend the event.How the hell did this happen" I said angry at his so called father. "We have to find a way to talk to him, cause this doesn't make any sense.He invited him for crying out loud why ignore him?,I just don't get it" I said puzzled "You are right,thinking about it now,it just doesn't add up,his father although never around still managed to play a father role to him and even me, even if he is close to his family despite what he made us believe he won't have rubbed it in our faces like that" Ray admitted "How about calling his mom,she'll be able to reach him" Eni suggested "I don't think we should,Seyi is very protective of his mom,he won't want her to know"Ray said "How about we just don't tell her why we need his number?" I replied "Okayyy,I think that could work" Ray answered "I'm on it,in the meantime,please go check up on him" Ray said as he dialed I was currently at the entrance of his room,the door was slightly open,I was about to open it when I saw him. He was only in a towel.I was dazed as I watched him roam his room lazily,he was very well built which I was well aware of before now but actually seeing his body on display with nothing covering it was something else.

From his abs to his chest and his back,my eyes roamed.I was feeling really hot all of a sudden. He has the body of a freaking model,he wasn't too muscular which I loved,everything was just right. I bit my lips as I stared. My eyes went upward to his lips and then his eyes,his beautiful light brown eyes. Wait,why were they sad and swollen. Holdup why were they looking at me!!! Shit I said to myself and stepped backwards.And that's when yours truly embarrassed herself further by hitting her head on the freaking wall!!!*I face palmed inwardly* "Shit..are you okay" Seyi said as he led me to his bed Mind you he was still only in a towel. *Focus* I said to myself "Yea, I'm good" I said evading his eyes *Please don't figure out that I was being a pervert,please,please* I repeated in my head Was I really turned on just now?.This is not the time.what is wrong with me.I feel horrible. Few seconds later he was back in his room and I was still standing. He chuckled,sat on the bed and then patted the spot besides him. *Right, why in the hell was I still standing* I walked slowly towards him,after finally sitting next to him,he chuckled again and then placed his head on my lap. He leaned in and was about to capture my lips with his when my bloody phone rang. I checked the caller ID.My brother. I turned the phone off,I have a feeling he doesn't have good things to tell me. Seyi ignored the fact that I didn't pick up my call and went back to lying on my lap. "You didn't think I was sexually attracted to you? I asked "Well you hated my guts from the beginning,and it was werid cause girls are usually sexual attracted to me at first" He said "Okayy,I get that you thought I wasn't in the beginning but it sounded like up till now you believed I wasn't" I said pulzzed "Maybe because that's how I felt" Seyi said "Okayyy" I replied "Yea,at least I know now that the woman I love didn't just say yes to me because I am an Abayomi" *Wait what did he just say?* It's because he is angry,he doesn't know what he is saying I said to myself.
