Gage mutely stood on nothing but an invisible floor of an opened space, his long black hair slowly sways while placing his hand on his blackened short boxed beard in an atmosphere full with immeasurable collections of enkindled gases, twinkling around, appearing more like a cosmic islands upon islands in various sizes and alluring colors as his iconic armour reflects it all.
Never had he seen such before, to him this was another puzzlement second to the slim child with glowing fist. He looked around at the wonders of the scenery encircling him as one trying to unravel it's secrets in the middle of no where.
"I... thought you are... not so good in close combat." Someone grunted behind.
At least keeping the sounds within the space was thoughtful of the creator with this kind of potency.
"Don't judge by what you hear alone." Gage answered back as he walked around while rolling his black eyes as though he was searching for something among the trillions of light there.
"It's all thanks to a certain Aurorae, I've come this far in fighting with my bare hands."
"What... are you... doing?" the transfigured henchman asked.
"Watch and I see what I'm up to." Gage replied walking a bit farther.
"Ugh! Wait!... I c-can still fight!" The transfigured henchman staggeringly got on his two shaking feet.
"Hmmm." Gage stopped while examining the unfamiliar surrounding.
To his amazement potencies aren't working in this world which led to him seriously using his fists for the first time in ages.
"I said wait! Don't you... Don't you turn your back on me!"
He flew at him, Gage turned punched his nose, deflecting him back, Gage actively closed on to the transfigured henchman before landing on his back, swung his fist upwards against the transfigured henchman's chin. The transfigured henchman flew up to a certain feet higher and smashed down unconscious on the unseen ground, disclosing his body full of non-bleeding wounds in dark spots and bent from the constant strains Gage inflicted on his pliable yet slightly invulnerable body.
Gage softly sighed, this was the fourth time he had passed out from hits of such then Gage walked around. Luckily for him, he spotted a little rip on the unseen grounds, he stopped observed the rip for a while, looked around him if there was anything like that anywhere, on seeing nothing but this rip, he puts his hand upon it sensing a dull aura coming outside like a cracked portal back to his own world.
Before long he traced a paralleled crack from the rip with his eyes but seemingly looked too far for his eyes could ever reached, he sighed punched the small rip with great force that echoed around the space, over, over, over again...
. Bam!...
. Bam!...
. Bam!...
He had punched it so many times without breaking a sweat until he could no longer count again then he groaned wondering why won't the small rip break open.
He looked behind him to the transfigured henchman laying many meters away from him on the unseen floor, this time he was snoring loudly, Gage shook his head slightly gritting his teeth against each other then he kept a cool head not minding the snoring of the loon transfigured henchman laying peacefully behind him, he continued punching the small rip…
. Bam!...
. Bam!...
. Bam!...
A profoundly, long punching moments later... Gage was seen sweating profusely still punching the small rip on the unseen ground unfortunately not a fraction happened to the small rip then he stopped, stood up looked at the still snoring transfigured henchman, Gage fumed as he trampled heavily at him…
... Surprisingly Gage was seen walking, tracing the paralleled crack while carrying the still snoring transfigured henchman on his shoulder.
Leaving him wasn't good enough for a Divine Humane, knowing full well he was ordered to kill him but he was also a Humane just like him so with that single reason he can't leave him behind…
... Many steps later he finally reached a huge split on a unseen wall enough to make his full armored body pass through, probably the end of an unending space full with burning gases of various sizes and alluring colors then he puts his hand on the split wall sensing this, surely this was the exit out of the place and the entrance to the real world.
He entered unhesitatingly, unleashing a gush of blue wind from within then he came out of the cap in the same way he unknowingly got in as Gage twirled out from the cap, a beam was shot up to the sky which exploded in an orange sparkles.
"The Bounty Collector signal to retreat, did everyone loss to the Divine Humanes out there?"
The bald man looked down who was previously baffled with the sight of the retreat sign, on seeing the Divine Humane free from his confinement his jawed dropped while the lady close-knit green brows separated in shock.
"Impossible h-he came out? It… is a subspace I created by myself for I alone, no one can escape my world without my consent." He looked at his cap then he saw a little tear on the side, knowing that was the reason why—nevertheless the space within the world I created, neither flow of time nor system of this world is present resulting to my imperfect infinite subspace, one could never by any means escape from it, how long did he walk around the space without giving up?
"Where is the other guy?—" The woman asked not sure of what to say or do.
"You are looking at him," Gage said as he dropped him at their front.
"He was defeated?!" Both of them blinked,
"… then why is he sleeping… also snoring?"
"Wise one,"
Gage said, speaking to the Bald man.
"Before I let you go, know this. They are beings you and I don't know, beings who are far stronger than you could ever imagine not even in your small rated book of yours could comprehend all of it all. Well if you are lucky you may meet just one, it is a whole wide diverse world after all. So off you go." Gage turned, looking at the fading orange sparkles in the sky.
"Since the Bounty Collector is giving you the retreating order."
"You are letting us go this e-easily?" The lady swallowed,
"Yeah, why not. You were just following the orders of your master, so no hard feelings or bad blood." He sat on a rock, he manipulated moment before sitting. Ugh my body are all sole.
Then with a fell gaze, Gage spoke in a cold, low and metallic voice.
"Leave now before I change my mind."
Both of them flinched then carried the sleeping transfigured henchman together and dismally left.
Gage sighed heavily.
Have I gotten soft or was it because they were Humanes?
He looked to the clear night sky.
"Hmmm. That kid with the mysterious green light. Hope he wasn't buried along with the rocks... What is he...?"
