The Fate Of The Female Alpha

I paused for a damn minute with deep frown lines forming on my face.

What was she talking about, how the hell is she referring to someone that doesn't even look anything like Grey as Grey.

I have to have missed something, I thought and stared at the wall in front of me like some freaking dumb bitch.

"How do you mean Grey?" I asked wanting to be sure that I wasn't the person who heard wrong.

"Your mate, you know the one you've been missing for ages?" She asked and paused for a while. seeing that I didn't say anything even after a while she spoke again.

"He came looking for you and I know just how much you've been suffering from missing him, which was why I left him there with you, because I know you aren't in any form of danger while he's there."

The line then went silent again. I was at lost for words, does that mean Grey, was here? Or was it the Alpha who had just left that she was referring to.
