"Berry, can you please pass me my bonnet," Sheila said as she got into the bed to her mate who was pacing around the room worrying about the disturbing news he had been hearing for days now.

He grabbed one of his mates hair bonnet from her cupboard full of one and handed it to her only to go back to pacing back and forth.

"Berry, please come sit, or at least lie down, it's 12 am, you really need some sleep," Sheila worried.

Her mate hasn't closed his eyes in days since the news about the monster destroying packs started to travel around because he couldn't stop thinking that they were the next in line for that to happen.

Hearing his mate, he halted for a moment but that was not because of what she said, it was because he just thought about something.

"I think you should leave the pack," he said quickly placing himself beside her on the bed but that only made her frown.
