Yes , they said that they will decide it after seeing our work in the company . In base of our work dedication in the corporation and it would be decided after that .
As by seeing our hard work , responsibilities and dedication towards the Corporation and then with whose hard work they are satisfied plus they think will be capable for the company and be able to make right decisions for the company in any situation or place .
Plus be always calm and don't panic in any case still has the solution for sudden challenges and doesn't backout in any kind of risk .
Than can take risks and also has confidence in on self plus not too much arrogant or self confident . Plus give every one the respect they deserve and give every ones plans and suggestions a thought .
Besides can do team work with every one when needed and be a boos when it need . Can control over companies every small work details if needed .
But one of the most important aspects is that he can judge a person's in every way such as his thinkings , thought , virtue and character so that he can do the right judgement and doesn't trust a back stabber and be in danger be it personal or professional .
If one has all of this capability than he or she is the best and most perfect candidate for the Corporation that will get the chance to run the Corporation as the CEO of the company .
And as for others they will be the shareholders and get their yearly dividends every year if they have others profession or if they are in the company then they will do their job that they have in the company and get salaries for it monthly plus the yearly revenues .
Plus the International shares are the main factor of the Q&H International Corporation so it is not given to the next young generation's that will be the children of them brothers and sister just because they are born in the Qin family .
Again they the young generation will got this shares of course but in the future after their parents death .
As the international shares shares are not only important of the company but also responsibility . After all whatever in whose hand this shares would be he will have a lots of responsibility as he has to think of the company future , benefits and progress .
His one wrong decision can be fatal for the company but also for that person has he has to bear responsibility for it .
So , only after our death our children's will get those shares as we will have to do will on its bases they will get shares plus responsibilities of a shareholder in the company .
But it also can be possible that in our all brother's and sister in between of our many children we can give them distribute equally or only to one who can be responsible and take responsibilities .

At that time her uncle and aunt has said to all of us brother's and sister that all the family properties will divided into equal divisions and that also without bias .
Than we said why suddenly speaking of this as it is not necessary . But at that time they said that don't want us brother's and sister not to give birth to any grudges because of money or property .

Their future development will be the main factor in their future life style and developing . So , in this case they wanted us that we can remember it and teach this to our future children's the same way also .

If our children's are independent then they can make such Corporation for themselves by their own self or own merits .
Nevertheless they never want this company to be the reason to destroy their family harmony and be the source of root cause for their family being break apart .
