Trouble In Eisvel

A few minutes before Lyrica, Erika, and Likas arrived in the town of Eisvel, Bagel was playing peacefully with other beastmen and humans in the middle of the street in the west section of the town.

"You can do it, Bagel!"

The game they were playing was called Patintero. It's a game where two teams compete with one another within a rectangular grid drawn into the ground. It is then subdivided into four to six equal parts by drawing a central lengthwise line and then one or two crosswise lines.

The grid can be adjusted based on the number of players. But since the number of players was just right, Bagel and the others kept the grid to the normal size and subdivision count.

Bagel and her team are currently the runners. They have to cross the grid back to back without being touched by the blockers to win the game.

"I only need to go back and we can win!"
