Chapter 2

"All done." I murmured to myself.

I got up from the chair and started to do stretching. I've been reading and writing about what my to-do lists when it comes to Cassius. Creed's attitude can be handled well even though I can see clearly that he doesn't want me near him but in Cassius' case, you'll be scared first before you gather all your strength to talk to him. He appears once or twice a weak so I can't observe him well and enough.

Living in a kingdom-like house is so hard to adjust. I have to walk towards the right wing when going to the office of Mrs. Campbell when she's calling for me and walking back again to the left wing where the rooms and mine are. And then I have to either walk the never-ending stairs or wall towards the far place where the elevator is to go up and down. It was a hastle. But what's more hard to do is when both Cassius and Creed don't let me get in their lives!

"For heaven's sake, I'm their personal servant yet they act like I'm a total outsider." I mumbled, feeling frustrated.

When it's already 6 in the morning, I immediately went out of my room and knock the door of Creed's room which is beside mine. I've been here for a week and a half, it's already Thursday and the school will start on monday. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. Also, Cassius' not appearing these days.

"Come in." I heard his voice in the speaker near the doorknob.

Besides knowing the two personality of Creed, I discovered lot of things about this home. Something like they're five, their mom, Madame, is always out on business trips and their dad is, well, on the other lady's house. The headservant told me thay the two are not divorce but totally not seeing each other although they get together on reunions and aside from the first two children, which is Creed and his sister, the other three doesn't know about these. I think the reason is that they're too young? Maybe.

"Call for Catherine and tell her to ge here." Creed said while writing something in a notebook. "And oh, get me the usual."

"Okay. Excuse me."

I immediately went out of his room. Catherine is the second child, the third is Kaos, and the fourth and fifth are twins, the cutie 3-year-old boys. And that means, it happened three years ago when Mrs. and Mr. Campbell started not to see each other. Or not? Maybe after a year or a year ago? Anyways, I shouldn't stick my nose to their business. Madame helped me so much I don't think serving her eldest is enough.

"Ma'am Catherine?" I knocked on her door. We're not close but she sometimes asks me to do something for her when I'm free so we sometimes talk.

"Oh, wait a minute!" I heard her screaming inside her room. "Oh, shit! Wait! Wait!"

After about three minutes, she opened the door, panting. She smiled a bit and nodded her head, catching her breath. She's beautiful and two years younger than Creed while Kaos is five years younger than Creed and the twins are seventeen years younger than Creed. They're just three and cute!

"Err, do you want something, Ma'am? Like milk and cookies?" Because I figured that she will be staying with Creed for an hour or two.

"A coffee will be fine," She closed her room's door, holding a folder.

"A coffee... you and Creed are really siblings." I commented unconsciously, even nodding my head!

Well, Creed really loves coffee that he even cursed me when he bumped into me and his coffee was spilled.

"Huh? Creed hates coffee." She furrowed her brows at me.

"Oh, I mean, Cassius. He really loves coffee so much." I said, raising my hand for the mistake. "You two will surely get along together."

"E-Eh? I don't think so..." She looked away. "He's abusive and heartless. One time, he pushed me that I almost fell on the stairs. Ever since then, when he appears, me and my younger siblings will evacuate from this wing to the right wing or we will be moving in to the penthouse Mom bought me."

"H-He pushed you?!" My eyes widens. "Well, that was unexpected. I mean, if it were other people I don't think I will be surprised but... maybe something happened?"

If I were Cassius, even if I was heartless and abusive, may it be in words or actions, I will treat my siblings differently. I just met Cassius five times, and we talk normally but filled with harsh words and warnings. I started to kind of be close to him at the same time not because the personalities seemes to avoid getting close to me for a reason. I wonder if there are people whom they are close with.

I got downstairs and run towards the kitchen, prepared the coffee and milk and bread and cookies. Milk and bread is Creed's usual while Cassius... well, he never appeared so early so I don't know his usual and the maids don't really know his usual either. Whenever I asked them about Cassius, they seemed scared.

I remember how my conversation went when I talked to the servants the other day.

"So... Cassius," I cleared my throat, starting a topic about Cassius while helping them with the dishes since Creed's not ordering me something to do.

"Oh, boy. Please, don't talk about him here." One of the maid said, her voice somehow scared. The atmosphere quickly changed and I notice how the other maids stilled. "He's the most feared person in here. No one talks about him or even mention him. All of the people here acts like he doesn't exist."

"Huh? But why?" If I were Cassius, I will be wounded badly.

That must've hurt. The way people feared you but oh, well, he realy is scary! But still, I think it's too much when they act like he doesn't exist when he's also a part of Creed. Split personality, huh? Always one is preferable and the other is... well... I sighed.

"Well, because he was always vicious. Always yelling and threatening." She said and I truly understand their feelings.

But still! Argh, whatever. Why do I even have to bother about it when all I should is to keep doing what Creed wanted me to do. But I did told Creed that I'll always be at his side and he'll be in my care so meaning, I should care for him!

Now, I feel conflicted.

Carrying the tray with they coffee and milk with snacks on it, I went upstairs using the elevator. I immediately knocked on Creed's door and Catherine was the one to open. She took the tray and gave me a small smile before closing the door again.

That always happens whenever Creed calls for her sister early in the morning.

I was about to walk away and go to my room beside Creed's room when it opened again. Catherine smiled at me, holding coffee on her hand and biting a bread. She motioned the door to me before walking away so I immediately peek inside the room.

My body shivered when my eyes met Creed's calm ones. It looks so calm yet so dangerous while Cassius eyes, they look so dangerous yet fragile.

"Sir Creed?" I asked.

"I'm going to a bar tonight." He said, informing me. "You stay here- "

"What?! Of course, not!" I said, shaking my head. "I promise Madame to look after you. And I also told you that you'll be in my care as long as I'm on your side."

I smiled slightly and wakwardly when his eyes dilated in some emotions Icm not quite familiar of and his face darkened.

"I'll be in your care as long as you're on my side?" He even raised a brow. Now, he's imtimidating me!

"Y-Yes, Sir!" I almost salute!

"You never said that." He accused

"I did!" I told him. "When...you're... oh. I told Cassius about it..."

"Hhm," He whispered, nodding.

Now, why do I feel so quilty?!

"But anyways, Cassius or Creed, I'll be keeping my eyes on you." I smiled, getting my confidence back.

"I'll call you." That's his sign of dismissed.

I nodded and immediately went back to my room. A bar, huh?

Well, I've never been into a bar so I never thought I'll be seeing... people making out! Especially Creed! I didn't even know that he's capable of that. I mean, yes, but, he doesn't look like the kind of person that goes to bars.

He's got a girlfriend!

Now, I'm wondering if Cassius also have one because that will be so messed up.
