THE HAUNTED CHILD

"Two careless friends." Marvel's father blurted out as a joke as everyone laughed.


"Thank you dear, don't mind my husband, he can be like that sometimes." Mary tree to explain to Mrs. Lois so that she won't feel offended.


"Hey come on, my husband does that too." Mrs. Lois added with a chuckle.


"Hahahaha...that's funny, how about your daughter, I'd love to meet her someday." Mary exclaimed.


"Sure you can, she came for the weekend with my granddaughter." Mrs. Lois told them.


"Wow, that's nice. So is a full house over there." Mary added.


"Yes it is, so you and Marvel shouldn't go and leave me here all alone." Marvel's dad spoke as they all laughed until they were done with dinner. 


Marvel cleared the table and took the used dishes to the kitchen sink where she washed them after cleaning the table. They went to the living room to continue with their chats.
