Chapter Five: God's Suprise

"Ha~ Why does this job have to be so annoying?" I sighed, not happy with my punishment, and why would I be?! She was basically begging me to-

"I'm afraid that you'll have to tell the Gods, my friend." Said Chiron, making me sigh once more before I nod and flash towards Olympus. Once there I make my way towards the throne room, ignoring the confused and surprised looks from other Gods and nymphs.

'Please let this be quick.' I thought, before pushing open the doors to see it empty before I enter my true form and blast some energy towards the roof, gaining the attention of the council.

One by one they flash in starting with father, and ending with a disheveled Aphrodite who looked upset at being summoned. They look at me with questioning looks as I make my way towards my throne, but do not sit.

"Sigh, I have some very, interesting news in camp." I started, getting a few raised eyebrows before I continue.

"A four year old Demi-God arrived at camp, whom has claimed to have found a basilisk and restrained it while his mother killed it in his home, his names Perseus Jackson. Chiron advised I should inform the council." I finished, as shouts went off.

"Impossible!", "Liar!", "What?!". But before more could be shot off, a blast of lightning stuck the ground. Silencing the room.

"Quiet, I sense no lies. Now how do we go about this, no one should have attracted a monster that young." Zeus said, before sending a suspicious glance at Poseidon.

"While not claimed, he is a carbon copy of fisherman here. But four." I said, gesturing towards my Uncle who glared at me.

"Brother, is this true?" Zeus said, clearly holding back his anger.

"Yes, but before you even attempt at harming him might I mention that you too have broken the oath, twice in fact." Poseidon said coolly, causing Zeus to pause. But before he could respond he was cut off.

"Wait, so Hades is the only one who didn't break the oath?! Damn thats a twist." Yelled Apollo, clearly shocked.

"Shut it Apollo, now back to the discussion. What do we do with the boy? It's unheard of for one to be hunted at his age, let alone for it to be a basilisk." Athena said, bringing everyone back on the topic.

"He's clearly the Prophecy child, regardless of Zeus' children. We have a few options, one we can kill him and delay the prophecy," Athena said causing Zeus to perk up at the chance. "Or, due to his age we can raise him to be the perfect hero. One completely loyal to Olympus." She finished, getting surprised looks.

"Neither! My son will enjoy his life, away from any of dangers that life will bring." Poseidon yelled.

"You must choose, he's already involved in our world. It's either death or loyalty, he's scent is too strong for him to leave untrained, and thats ignoring his age." Athena said coldly, before Zeus cleared his throat.

"Raise your hand for his death." Zeus said, raising his own with only Hera joining. Looking shocked he asked to raise your hand for loyalty, in which everyone else' hand rose.

"While he may be a sea-spawn, if trained right he could be a perfect warrior." Athena said, with Ares and Artemis nodding.

"While a male, I'm not foolish enough to pass up something like this." Artemis said, gaining Apollo's surprised look.

"Don't look at me, I trust Chiron to raise him to be a true soldier, and not like the trash men out there." She said, before Zeus throughs his bolt on the ground again.

"There, we have our answer. I will leave the training to you Athena." Zeus said, leaving to go through a fit elsewhere.

"If thats not a dismissal then I don't know what is." Apollo said flashing out, with multiple gods following.

I look around to see Poseidon standing in front of me, glaring.

"Don't forget that you exposed my son, consider this a warning." He said, before leaving via flash.

"Dionysus, come lets head to camp, we must discus what training Perseus will be doing." Athena said, looking at me waiting for me to flash.

'Ha~ of course theres more to do.' I thought, before flashing out. Thinking, 'This brat better be worth it.'
