SCHOOL

In my last response to the captain, I had asked him to include the sport football in the regimen of the soldiers. I had explained him the basics such as eleven players on each side and their aim of scoring the ball in the goal of the opposite team without touching the ball by hand.

In his letter, this time around he had written that he had cleared a field on the side of the camp and started the game in the interval of once every week. He was amused by the efforts of the soldiers but he assures me that some had gotten the hang of the game and are improving rapidly. The soldiers themselves were starting to enjoy the game and they had approached the captain themselves to form teams with their friends.
