The Chosen Guardian

CHAPTER SIXTY-SEVEN – THE CHOSEN GUARDIAN

Just thinking about it, the crimson-haired woman smirks under her veil as she looked at the struggling old man within the light threads that binds him.

'However, I can't risk using my affinity just to take control of the curse inside his body. What should I do? Hmmm…'

Scarlette thinks of a solution on how she could destroy both body and soul without using her affinity in front of these men around her.

"Release me, you b*tch!"

The crimson-haired woman snapped in her thoughts as she heard Edimir spouting nonsense through her face and Scarlette only looked at the old man with a blank stare.

'Cussing here, cussing there. Seriously? It makes my ears bleed once more.'

Scarlette just let Edimir spout nonsense as she went over at Mikhael who is still unconscious as of this moment.
