Suspicion

While the angry crowd continued to mobilize themselves aggressively towards Elizabeth, her mind began to conclude a series of unwholesome possibilities inside her head.

She still could not understand how any of it was her fault and why that person had casually mouthed that she was the King's person.

What King's person? How could she have any kind of affiliation to a man who had just exhibited a frightening and heart-crumbling degree of sorcery before her and everyone else… Thinking deeper about it, she could not find any element of possibility to those words.

Her firm resolve remained that once the current predicament she was in could get resolved or subtly relinquish, then she'll give herself to the confinements of her bedroom—the one she had slept in the night before while she prepares herself mentally for her escape plot out of the Castle the next day.
