Frozen

As she walked beside the King's chosen—Elizabeth, the Court lady Sigrid had her mind wrapped about many things. At first she had reasoned that Her Majesty had hosted the night's feast as a subtle approach to familiarize herself with the girl better and had studied no proportionate harm from the Queen's action of inviting Elizabeth to dine with the Royals. 

Subsequently once the Court lady had learnt of Briceus making an entrance as well, her thoughts had spiked up to the possibility of him making it official how that Elizabeth should be his choice of a maiden… But now that she could see the fright and inestimable displeasure oozing out of the girl's countenance, Sigrid could only choose to think that she'd obviously not taken her knowledge of the news the right way.
