Ezekiel left from Briceus' side.

The moment his aide left his side, Briceus stayed out longer even as the outside weather began to stretch the summit into the first wave of night darkness. The hour of the banquet was hurriedly approaching. Briceus knew this but he also knew that his mood was not all that great as he had hoped it would be prior to the time when he had arranged for the banquet to hold.

Currently alone with the chilly wind of the encroaching night being his sole companion, Briceus began to ponder on the conversation he'd had with the Old Wiz, Borlach and all the revelation the latter had fed his ears with… Truths he had been so eager to learn about.
