Eli Wilde is given the chance of achieving his dream of becoming a superhero. He becomes Electrick and is on his way to saving the world and keeping it safe from the bad guys. He’s sworn to keep his alter-ego a secret at all costs, even from Mo, his best friend and the secret love of his life. When Mo starts dating Blaze Hart, Eli has to fight his feelings and Blaze’s supervillain alter-ego, Sunspark. This means war.

Electric Love

Eli tried to think. From the helicopter, a dozen mechanical spiders the size of large dogs jumped out and landed on the King State Building. They broke through the windows and into the building. There were screams of terror from the people inside.


“We need a plan,” Eli declared. “We need to disable that green force field, kill the robot spiders, and get all the people out.”


“I just want to get Mo out. Everything else isn’t really my problem,” Blaze replied.


Eli glared at him. “There are innocent people in there.”


“And I’m a supervillain. Did you forget?”


“Fine,” Eli conceded. “Help me get in there, and kill off any spiders that come after us, and you get Mo out. I’ll take care of the Doctor and the rest.”


Eli flew them down to the bottom of the King State Building. He tried to touch the force field and it caused his suit to glitch. 


“Force field will cause suit to disable,” Rose chimed in. “I advise to step away from the force field.”
