Richard increased his pace seeing that his mother was about to fall but before he could get to her another hand from behind caught her first.

Agatha had expected to face on her face, so she was grateful for the safe. "Thank you, Your Majesty," she did not need to have eyes at her back to know that the person who has saved her was the king.

King George did not let her go but helped her down the remaining stairs. "Your son is not going to disappear walk gently," he told her as he withdraw his hand from her waist. Agatha could feel her chicks turn red in embarrassment. She had been in such a hurry to flee from the king's presence to avoid his questions who would have thought that she end up falling into his hands.

"Mother, are you okay," Richard asked.

"I am fine, I was just so happy that you are back. I thought you wanted to become a servant to the king of Avalon," As she spoke Agatha looked at his son to be sure that he was fine.
