I thought I would spend my youth having fun and being successful in a career to make a lot of money. Like women in general. Or maybe different? I live in the village and of course, it will be inversely proportional to city women in general. But I also want to feel how the money I earn from my hard work feels like and have fun and chat with my friends. Unfortunately, I don't have any of that. I want to make as many memories as possible that I will remember in my old age, unfortunately, all of that seems impossible for me who has a record as a traveling cake seller. So pathetic.

Everything is a mess. Really, but it doesn't make me disappointed even though there is a little sadness inside me because I can't do whatever I want. I have to be grateful for what I've been given, right?

The key is...

Always be grateful for what we already have and what God has given us...

"I'm going to town to earn money, grandma," Rachel said as she walked towards her grandmother's bed which had just been examined by a doctor.

A woman who is around 50 years old. I don't know, I saw that the old woman looked very young and still looked very strong to do anything. "Hey, grandma can do work even though she is sick"

Rachel sighed. "Look at this old woman, doc. She's old and wants to keep working. I hope the doctor can tell her to stop working." Rachel was annoyed because her grandmother never listened to her about stopping working.

The doctor laughed, "Rachel is right, Grandma. Grandma should rest and let Rachel work. At this age, it's not good for Grandma to work," said Doctor Jang.

Meanwhile, Rachel crossed her arms and raised her chin while looking at her grandmother triumphantly.

"Listen to what the doctor says, it's all for Grandma's good."

"Hey, doctor. I'm old. But look at my skin, are there any lines?" he pointed at the doctor's face while holding out both hands.

"Yes, but Grandma still has to rest because of Grandma's breast cancer." The voice sounded soft after saying something that made Rachel sad.

Seeing how they were both so excited there was no fear at all even though they knew Grandma Saen was going to operate.

The doctor sighed and showed the results of the CT scan that he had brought with him after examining Sean's grandmother at the hospital. Doctor Jang took the scan results to Grandma Scan's house to show what disease the jolly old woman was suffering from.

"There are more than 2 dots and 3 on the left." Doctor Jang said while pointing at the scan results of Grandma Saen's two breasts.

"Is it dangerous, doctor?" Rachel asked with a pale face.

"It's just a small lump, the lump is located on the edge." Rachel glanced at her grandmother and got an idea to trick her into staying home and leaving her to work in the city. "So, grandma has to have surgery, doc?"

Grandma Saen immediately glared and glanced at Doctor Jang asking for an answer. Seeing how Rachel gave him the code to prank the old woman. He also followed the plan that Rachel wanted.

"That's right, Grandma had to have surgery to turn on the cancer"

"w-what? Does that mean I'm going to lose?"

"if grandma doesn't listen to us. Maybe grandma will lose it"

"So, things won't change if I rest?"

Doctor Jang chuckled. "That won't happen if grandma rests. I can remove it without touching it at all."

"Ah, that's a relief. Hmm, okay. I'll rest."

"It is just…."

Suddenly everything became tense. Including Rachel, who had been holding back her laughter seeing her grandmother being lied to. Or maybe what the Doctor said was true. Who knows.

Doctor Jang took a deep breath, this time he looked at Grandma and Rachel alternately. his gaze became serious. "It's just that I can't guarantee that it will grow again. After studying Grandma's statement, I'm worried if it will appear again."

"The causes of this cancer are increasing age and exposure to radiation from radiotherapy."

In that instant, my smile disappeared, I immediately lowered my head, feeling the pain stabbing my heart slowly after hearing the words of the doctor who had examined my grandmother. "Then, what should I do to make my grandmother recover completely?"

"After surgery, I hope grandma doesn't do heavy work and exercise often. Eat healthy food. Like fruit and vegetables...

"Sour fruit like oranges. Especially grapes, because the skin contains high levels of antioxidants."

"And it's a taboo for Grandma not to eat foods that contain fat. Such as chicken thighs, sour meat, milk cream, butter, and other foods that contain a lot of oil."

"Okay, doc. I'll take care of grandma then."

"Then what about your job?"

"I'll take care of grandma's garden."

"No-

They both turned to Grandmother, who shook her head vigorously after Rachel said she would take over her garden. "Who said I would let you take care of my garden?" said the old woman, narrowing her eyes.

"Then if not me, who? Ah, does grandma want to work again!"

"Hey, hey, hey, have you forgotten your uncle?" said the man who had just entered.

The man was Rachel's uncle who had just come from town. "Uncle can look after your grandmother. Ah, that's right, she's my mother. Uncle will look after her and you don't need to worry."

Rachel couldn't say anything other than taking a deep breath. "I'm going to find money for medical expenses, Grandma."

"No need to be hard. Your uncle can be relied on. The important thing is that you can try new experiences there."

"Well, that's confirmed. You will leave tomorrow for the city."

"What! This is too fast"

"The sooner the better, right?"

Rachel looked at her grandmother suspiciously. There was a feeling that made him suspicious of the old woman.

"Ah, Rachel. You can use your uncle's house there. You don't need to rent a place to live anymore."

There is no other choice. He, who has always wanted to go to the city and look for work, is now in sight. I can't get this chance twice, right?

"Okay, I'll go tomorrow"

Doctor Jang chuckled. "I'll take care of him too, you don't need to worry."

Sometimes Rachel is confused when her grandmother acts fine, even though she is sick. If I were a grandmother, maybe I would cry if I found out what disease I was suffering from. "Strange grandma, we are all worried here, grandma. Why does grandma want me to go to town after hearing the news

illness, grandma"

"hard to believe." The doctor said yes.

"Grandma wants you to get married"

Immediately I stared in disbelief at what my grandmother had just said. What? Marry? Isn't it too early for him to get married? Besides, I want to work and make a lot of money. And what is this?

"Ah, grandma allowed me to go to town to look for a mate, right? Doesn't that sound terrible?"

"Grandma wants grandma's granddaughter to get married. What's wrong with that? At an age that is no longer young like you were. Shouldn't I rest? And still be happy? I will likely recover if my wish comes true."

"We didn't say that," Rachel muttered, remembering what happened a few minutes ago.
