 It is true that being an heretic comes with such great dark powers but it was also a myth that a pure heart will be able manifest with these powers and the world will still be safe. No one is willing to give her chance to prover herself worthy accept one man.... 



Lucas also an abomination but of a more rare type swore an oath to Princess Joan to keep her safe even at the cost of his life without having a full knowledge of what he was about to go into. 

With time his loyalty will be tested and things became more difficult when he began to discover some truth about himself. He may have started his life as soldier but things will change when royal blood was identified in him. It was at this point that the guardian himself also needed someone else to keep him safe.

"I must confess things are really confusing right now. How come you were not able to do a spell to hide your magic but you are able to do one to make us invisible" Lucas asked immediately they settled down to life in an underground store room.

"What are you trying to say? " Joan asked as she felt he was trying to say something else with his statement.

"Nothing, I just want to know how you did it. They were only two people with magical abilities there, you and Rafinah. If she said she doesn't even know the spell to make us invisible then it was definetly your hand work' Lucas pointed to her.

"Honestly Lucas I really can't explained what happened. I know for sure I wasn't responsible for that magic" Joan replied with a scoff.

"Okay I won't argue with you, just that it is difficult to believe" Lucas stated in resignation.
