With time his loyalty will be tested and things became more difficult when he began to discover some truth about himself. He may have started his life as soldier but things will change when royal blood was identified in him. It was at this point that the guardian himself also needed someone else to keep him safe.

King Atkinson thought about entering the chambers to confront the queen but then it will be a shame to him that he got to know of their plan from sneaking up on them. Besides he needed to be sure of their exact plans and who exactly was involved in all their plans before he makes a move to expose them.

He decided he will speak to his other daughters first so he could know if any other person was nursing hatred towards Joan apart their mother.

The relationship between King Atkinson and his other daughters was not really cordial as it was very clear he loved Joan more than his daughter but he has tried not to show it but then it was clear to all.
