"Brrring~ brrring~ brrri-"
The alarm clock was stopped by a hand, with a groan following.
Paul tried to yawn and open his eyes but found out that he couldn't. He laughed silently, as he called out to his pokemon telepathically. Obviously, he couldn't speak out due to a certain blue pokemon. 'Ditto! Stop attaching yourself to my face! I can't see anything.'
Ditto finally woke up and spoke while being attached to his face, "Ditto~? (•◡•) ". It asked, being unaware of the face its squishing.
'Ditto! You're squirming on my face!' He pointed out to the oblivious blue blob.
Ditto finally remembered his position before sleeping yesterday, thus went down and unattached itself from Paul's face. "Ditto~!"
Paul just smiled at his pokemon, as he stretched his body while looking at the time 5:00 a.m. After that, he fixed his bed with the help of his trusty pokemon, Eevee. "Evui~!"
"Yes, thank you again, Eevee." Paul replied to his pokemon as he rubbed its head, the latter brushing her head back.
Eevee finally dispersed her Double Team, as she and Ditto followed Paul to the bathroom. Eevee directly went to her potty tray, while Ditto copied Paul as he brushed his teeth. Looking at his first pokemon, Paul laughed despite this happening for a few weeks already. It was actually his fault, as he suggested to Ditto, a few weeks after his school started, that its breath was horrible. It was not true though; He was just teasing the blue blob of cuteness.
Paul changed to running clothes, before going down the stairs and started his morning run. Ditto immediately changed into Eevee, to chase after its trainer, while the real Eevee followed right back.
After 30 minutes of running with his pokemons, Paul finally went back to his room to take a bath and change his clothes into his school uniform. The school uniform for boys includes a white dress shirt, with a plain red necktie, and matching navy-blue blazer. The slacks are navy-colored too, with a pair of black leather shoes completing the uniform. The girls' uniforms were similar, but instead of necktie and slacks, it's a ribbon and a skirt, still the same colors. The school logo, a symbol similar to a pokeball and colored red, embedded on the upper right of the blazer.
Paul went downstairs to eat breakfast after dressing up, and was met with pancakes, eggs, and bacon. After dining with his parents, Paul prepared his bag as he checked if his things are complete. Seeing that he brought all his books, Paul was ready to go and directly went to their car in order to wait for his parents. Just a few minutes, his parents boarded the car, dressed for work, as his father started the car.
"Hey mom, where are you guys going today?" He asked his mom.
Mary looked at his son, smartly dressed for school, and smiled as she answered, "Well, we're going to a company that your dad invested on. As you know, we reinvested our money, except those reserved for savings, to other promising businesses." She told her son, knowing he would understand.
"Yeah, I remember. Well, please introduce them to me soon, so I could familiarize myself to our family's business. It won't do me good not knowing what businesses my parents are involved in." Paul requested as he replied to his mom's answer.
"If you're sure son. It's all for you, anyways." Joseph answered on Mary's stead, agreeing with his son's request.
"Sure, thanks dad, mom." He smiled at his parents.
After a couple of minutes, they finally arrived at front of his school.
It has been four months since the school year started, and today would be the start of the exam week for all his subjects. As its already nearing the end of January, the first semester of the school year is about to end.
Paul walked out of their car after saying goodbye to his parents, of course, with a matching goodbye kiss on the cheeks. Despite being outwardly annoyed regarding that matter, he was really pleased inside that he could show his affection to his parents in the small action.
Paul walked to his classroom as he observed his pokemons.

Ditto and Eevee had major improvement with their levels, especially Eevee. The Pokemon Battles they had conducted, with Paul alternatively using the two pokemons, boosted their growth in levels. It also helped the two pokemons to accumulate battle experience, as they're mostly proficient in performing moves.
But, as Paul took care of their body well, while constantly training their moves, they did very well, and his pokemons were the strongest out of his classmates. Though, Ditto had limited move sets as he relies on his move Transform to Eevee. Luckily, Eevee's innate moves are naturally good, so it wasn't that much of a struggle.
He was also able to teach Eevee Iron Tail and Shadow Ball, without the help of the system. Paul asked his mom's Gengar, and his dad's Ampharos to teach the moves Shadow Ball, and Iron Tail to Eevee, respectively. He decided that Eevee needed more alternative moves so that she couldn't be predicted much by his classmates, as they battle almost every other day. The move Copycat, Eevee learned on her own. What can you expect from his talented Eevee? Of course, she was able to learn them well.
Paul's relationship eased much with his other classmates, seeing that he was approachable and answers questions if they ask for help. Though, his relationship with the other two scholarship students and few classmates were still quite rigid. Well, he can't please everybody, at least it's much better now than five months before. It's also quite a big help that he had experience in his past life on being an advanced student, though this is quite more drastic as he's just a three-year old, despite looking like a five-year old.
Paul and Amber immediately hit it off when they did study sessions, with Steven and Jake following them. The latter two studied with renewed vigor; Steven, since his talk with Paul, wanted to do more well in his school to show his dad his results, to let his dad see that he's doing his best for his dream. Jake, on the other hand, was bribed by his parents.
They promised to let Jake rest for his summer vacation, as Jake was cooking his breakfast himself since they knew that his cooking improved. It's quite a bittersweet thing, as Jake was inherently lazy, always wanting to sleep and eat. Thus, his parents decided that he should move more, which resulted on Jake cooking for himself. If he did not, he won't have anything to eat. This is an inevitable result of being a lazy man in a household.
He walked straight to their classroom and chatted with Steven and Amber, who usually goes to school early. As their morning routine, they talk with each other while waiting for Jake who's always trying to get more sleep and cooks himself breakfast before going to school. It's another week, but the results of this week's exam would reshuffle the rankings of the first-year class. Paul wonders if there would be any changes to the class's rankings.
