The afternoon sun shone fairly bright with fluffy clouds laying scattered in the blue sky as Lei Noorhman entered the house with three large-sized brown envelopes. His two best friends didn't notice his entrance as they were glued to an ongoing soccer match in the living room television set.
Lei briefly cleared his throat looking at both Michael and Tyson, "Guys, heads up." He narrowly smiled, "Stop looking at anything else but me."
"Lei, I am sure whatever you_"
"COME ON! KILLER MODE, YOU IMBECILE! USE YOUR KILLER TACTICS!" Michael suddenly and angrily lashed out, evident that clearly showed he was not amused at what he was watching.
"Relax, Mike." Tyson held his initial thought looking at the friend, "Keep cool. The reason we support the best team in the world is that it can surprise anyone in the world. We are winning this one."
Michael turned his head to him and forced a slight smile, "I will try to hold on to the thought for the three minutes left before the final whistle." His wide smile was now obviously forced, "KEEPING THE SPIRIT, RIGHT?"
"Precisely."
Lei amusedly smiled and walked behind the pearl-white three-seater leather couch his friends were on. Now close to their heads, he looked at the 32-inch Hotpoint HD Led Digital TV in their rental living room and gently inquired, "Do you want to know a better way I have in mind for reducing some stress in your lives, my dear chums?"
"Hell, no!" Michael said without looking at him, shortly and tersely.
"Well..." Lei shrugged, "I will just say it because it won't hurt nor kill." He lowered his voice to a whisper with a mocking tone while still close to the friends' heads, "It is leaving your so-called magical club and switch to something more of stress-free entertainment. Besides, entertainments are supposed to please and amuse, not give stress."
Michael coldly turned to the friend, "Listen here, you imbecile ape coon!" His tone was banteringly crispy, "This is where you save your twaddle comments and suggestions as they add no value to anyone of particular in this room." He said and turned back to the television.
Their friendship was characterized by a regular interaction of badinage and banter, and would take time for anyone who didn't know them to see that it was one of teamwork and brotherhood, and cemented with the virtues and values of truthfulness, loyalty, care, honesty and credibility.
"I may or may not agree with you, dear Mike." Lei stretched his hand that carried the brown envelopes and threw the envelopes on the living room glass table, which was just in front of the two friends. "But for now, let us switch to the reason I am here with. We are already in Crownzone."
Michael, with his attention now split, moved his eyes to the table where the envelopes were. "How quick!" He was mildly surprised, "I thought registrations last for at least a week!"
"This is different, man." Lei said as he walked to the house kitchen, which was only five steps away from the living room point, "Crownzone is an international salient, not some standard type institution. They ought to work fast to impress the many eyes on them."
He came back to the living room with a cupful of water in his hand, finding his friends already deep and absorbed in their respective documents.
"Gentlemen." He continued and sat on a two-seater couch that was on the adjacent left of the three-seater his friends were on, "The moon has risen and power calling. Being superiors and the bests are out there waiting." He lifted his legs and crossed them on the glass table before him, "The long-awaited day is here. Let us, with the unique in us, shake this continent or the entire world if possible."
Tyson turned to him, "You do know that Lemarh is still on this planet, and better yet, the continent, don't you?" He asked what seemed a rhetorical question in the room.
"Yes, Ty." Lei said, "Lemarh Valvundra does exist on the planet. We are going to finally meet and I am going to prove to him that he is only a quarter of what we both are."
"Nice, you monkey." Michael slightly smiled, "And I am going to say this only once, so feel free to feel good just this once from me. You are greater than he is. He might have all the money in the world and you might be broke as church mice from time to time, but you are the best teacher and motivator in the entire globe."
"And the most intelligent than any other person, including him." Tyson added, "You give people hope, you make them believe in themselves and you better the world. That is not even a quarter of who Lemarh is, but he is also good, though."
Lei felt appreciation and grace from the friends' views and perspectives on him. All that knew him always felt obliged in his sociable and agreeable personality. They knew his importance and value in society.
Lei had an eminent and remarkable commanding presence that drew youths to him like filings to a magnet. He brought people into his orbit with genuine reasons of aid, guidance, patronage and alleviation. Anyone who knew him would tell that he was an indubitable leader of honesty, honor and diligence; an inspirational leader rich in wisdom and knowledge who gave boundless mentorship, guidance and inspiration to the young people. A lot, if not all, had benefited from his true giving and values. They were always left touched, strengthened and transformed from his knowledge and wisdom. So much inspiration and knowledge they acquired from him that it made the youths at his area of stay delegate him as their youth representative leader in government affairs.
"Thank you, guys." He said with a gracious smile, "But this is not only about me. This is about how great we all are." He looked at Tyson, "The greatest doctor in the entire world..." Then turned to Michael, "And the greatest computer geek the world will never have."
"This time you have put it best." Michael said, as well with a smile, "... the greatest computer geek the world will never have... they will actually never have somebody like me." He laughed at the thought, knowing how genius he was in computing knowledge and information.
Lei and Tyson also knew his capabilities, brilliance, skills and intelligence in computing activities. He was one of the top superior beasts, if not the best, in the software engineering field, and had stunned the minds of many with his cleverness and ingenuity.
Michael expertly understood programming, software application and data usage and control. He had created dozens of programs and softwares that universally functioned as bugs, viruses, applications and data codes. These programs and softwares enabled and gave him absolute power over data processing and information in any given online operating system. His unique skills also enabled him to hack any system and cause data breaching, retrieval, manipulation, transmission or application failures, system crash, or complete control of the system in whichever way he pleased. These skills, combined with the immediate and astute approach to situational problems and solutions whenever need be, not only made him a remarkable genius but also a nerd stellar and a dangerous person in the computing field. The ones who knew him best even wondered what possible new he was going to learn at Crownzone University.
"Oh, yes, Mike." Tyson proudly said, "You are special in that field."
"That's right." Michael nodded, "And I am also going to prove it to Symon."
"Symon Valvundra." Lei took a sip from his cup of water as he said the name, "I almost forgot he also exists on the planet."
"That monkey!" Michael sourly said while putting back his documents in the envelope, "I mean... I know my capabilities, guys, but that ape is excessively much of a remarkable genius!"
"Okay, Mike, let us not get overly personal." Lei said while switching his left leg crossed over the right on the table." You will prove to Symon that you are the top beast, and I will prove to Lemarh the same." He turned to Tyson, "Apparently you wouldn't have to prove to anyone that you are the best more than any other. You are the only one of your kind."
"Indeed." Michael also looked at the friend, "He is the only monkey who knows everything in a surgery room even without stepping into medical school." He proudly nodded, "Speaking of Lei and I being most unique, you top the list, nigga!"
Tyson illustriously smiled looking at the friends. He, too, was uniquely special just like them. Ever since he was in his formative years, he showed great passion and interest in medical field, courtesy of his parents who were both doctors. They started teaching him basic medical knowledge and were surprised at how effortlessly and fluently he could understand all the knowledge given to him. He stunned the parents, and they came to conclude that he was uniquely gifted with a special intelligence that only a few possessed. From the very formative stages of his years, the parents knew that he would one day have a global name and limelight in the field of medicine and medical science.
As years progressed, and with thorough involvement from the parents, he came to learn wide and more about medicine, and he successfully accomplished every area and every section in the medical field. At the moment, though theoretically, he could be able to perform a heart plant surgery auspiciously.
That was how uniquely wondrous their capabilities were. Society respected and adored them, and said they were highly intelligent people with multiple gifts, but they said what they had was just greatness, and it was innate in everybody in different ways.
"I believe these calling letters deserve something." Tyson said, "I suggest we visit the CU hangout."
"I second you." Michael agreed, "It has even been a long time since we were at the place."
"I don't see why not." Lei as well nodded in agreement to the idea, then drifted to the TV, "The final whistle, you lose the game."
"They just had to spoil the moment!" Michael's eyes suddenly blazed with fury, "That stupid coach must go!"
Lei smiled with glee looking at him, "You, my friend, are absolutely right about that."
