Gold Room part III

Dog-Boy is on the bathroom.

he is washing his hands. he looks at himself on the mirror. he smiles. he has a case of large ego, also known as loser thinks he is the shit. Dog-Boy finish washing his hands. he was about to walk away. he is stop by a person with a cloak covering their face.

the person in front of him is the executioner. of course an idiot like Dog-Boy doesn't know nor cares. he is only thinking about one thing. he wants to go with his girlfriend to an empty room to practice 'acts of love.'

the executioner offer him a deal. a sweet deal that can be beneficial to both of them. Dog-Boy has his doubts about this dangerous deal. he can literally put his life on danger by acting on selfishness. he has to think, if it is even worth it.

Dog-Boy asks for two things. first; he wants to know what it is that he has to do. the second thing; we wants to know why they chose him. if he doesn't even asks for every detail before accepting a deal, then he is just asking to be killed. Dog-Boy knows it. and for that reason he was being careful with his words.

"there is someone who must die. we need of your help to create a distraction, big enough for us to kill him. we decided that you are perfect for the job. no one is ever going to suspect of you. for them you are just a harmless idiot."

said with a deep voice the Executioner.

"it is a charming proposal. if wasn't for the danger it requires for me to take, I don't know. I can't take it so easily. I want to live and this doesn't seems like fool proof."

said Dog-Boy doubting.

"I want you to take this as seriously as possible. his death will mark a new beginning for all of us. this is a responsibility that will turn you into a hero. you need to understand that you can die at any moment inside this world. with our help you can be free."

makes echo the Executioner's deep voice.

"can you guarantee my girlfriend's safety? and mine? I want to escape from this purgatory with her. I may act like a fuck-boy, but in reality I blame my low self-esteem. she is the only one who sees me for who I really am. and she accepted me with all my defects. she makes me want to be a better person."

said Dog-Boy trying to hold his tears.

the Executioner gives a card to Dog-Boy. they asks him to call them on the number on the card. Dog-Boy knows how dangerous can be to betray someone on this world. there is no one who can keep him safe or protect him, if he is found betraying his teammates. death will follow.

the job is too risky and the price is too big. he has to make a choice, before they chose someone else to do the job. he has to think about Cat-Girl's safety. he keeps thinking, but there is one thing that he can't take out of his head. who is the person they want to kill so much? who is the victim?

Dog-Boy stops the Executioner. they were about to leave. the Executioner asks him if he has any doubt. Dog-Boy tells them that he has an answer, but first he needs to know who is the one they want to kill.

the Executioner feels conflicted about revealing confidential information. the Executioner needs the approval of the superiors, to say more. the Executioner decides to reveal the information. but if Dog-Boy refuses to take the job. then they will have to kill the useless fool.

"it is Beau Nguyen the one we need to kill. I can't explain why, but I can tell you that his death will be beneficial for the Deities. his death will trigger a chain of events, events we wish to take place soon."

said the Executioner.

"okay, I will do it. I just want to make something damn clear, I won't kill anyone. I can betray or mislead them so you can do the deed. but I would never kill, no matter what price is there for the kill."

said Dog-Boy convinced that he is doing the right thing for his girlfriend.

"that is excellent. I will contact you later to give you orders. for the time try to stay low. try to no attract too much attention towards yourself."

said the Executioner on a robotic tone almost emotionless.

"you know what? I am going to hell for this, I am going to end on hell. but I don't care, I don't care as long as my lover is safe from this ridiculously dangerous place."

said Dog-Boy with conviction of being doing the wrong thing for the right reason.

Dog-Boy asks the Executioner if they believe it is wrong to give up on their morals. for the well being of their loved ones. is it selfish to think in your lover before anyone else? is it wrong to not be a righteous man?

the Executioner could tell that he is having an internal conflict with his morals, and his will to survive. who can judge another mortal on a situation like this one. he is not the first one nor the last one to have struggle with their morals.

the Executioner lets him know that he is right. the Executioner doesn't believe in the concept of 'Righteousness' nor on 'morality.' for the Executioner those concepts are only limits for the human capacity. a chain on our neck to give us a limit.

"is there anything for what you had ever felt regret? is there anything that you wish you had done differently? don't mind me, I am a curious human being."

said Dog-Boy trembling with fear.

"the one thing I regret the most. is having feelings."

said the Executioner hiding their emotional struggle.

Dog-Boy laughs thinking it was meant to be a joke. the executioner was being serious with their answer. Dog-Boy stops laughing, he asks for forgiveness for his behavior. the executioner tells him that they need to leave.

Dog-Boy asks if he is going to be in danger. the executioner doesn't move. Dog-Boy understood that he is basically digging his own grave, even so he needed to try, if not for him then for his girlfriend. he has to do his best.

the executioner asks if that is all. Dog-Boy tells them that he has a final question. the executioner is looking at him waiting for him to speak. Dog-Boy looks away nervously. he then opens his mouth to speak.

"are you a... had I seen your face before? are you a member of the guild in which I belong? are you close to me or any of the other guys on the guild?"

asks Dog-Boy nervously.

"I have only one answer for one of the many questions. it depends of you to guess to which of those questions I am answering. yes, that is all I can tell you now."

said the Executioner on an emotionless tone.

the executioner leaves the bathroom. Dog-Boy stays in there for a moment thinking more clearly about the huge mistake he has done. he is once more behaving like a treacherous rat. he hates himself for only thinking about his own self preservation.

Dog-Boy punches the washbasin till his hands start to bleed. he stops. he looks at himself in the mirror. he wants to scream and to cry. he tells to himself that he keeps committing the same mistakes once more, he keeps falling on the same cycle of suffering without learning anything at all.

he is afraid that his girlfriend is going to leave him one day. she will probably leave him after she gets tired of his stupidity. he keeps telling to himself that he is cool with it, he keeps telling to himself that she deserves better. but he is unsure of ever been able of letting her go.

Dog-Boy washes his hands. he washes his face. he puts some band aids on his hands. he whispers something to himself. after some seconds he finally leaves the bathroom. out of the bathroom is Cat-Girl awaiting for him.

"hello honey. I was worry because I didn't saw you on the party. I was afraid that you could be with some bimbo seducing you. I am glad to see that you are loyal to me."

said Cat-Girl as she frowns in anger.

"sorry my queen. I just felt sickening in there with all that fake people. I am feeling better now let's go, I want some honey time with you my love."

said Dog-Boy with a creepy smile.

she kisses him with desire & passion. they kiss each other like if there was no tomorrow. their lips, their tongues were becoming one. he could feel the glory of a holy world on her lips. he could touch the clouds in every touch of her tongue.

Dog-Boy steps away for a second. he wanted to tell her about the deal he made. he isn't sure if she will agree with what he did. he wanted to explain things, but it felt like it was too soon to talk about it.

"is there anything that I need to know?"

asks Cat-Girl suspicious of Dog-B's behavior.

"no, I am just thinking that we haven't talk much since we ended stuck on here. I want to know more about you, I want to know everything about my lover."

said Dog-Boy smiling.

"do you really want to know me better? or are you lying to me? for your own good I hope that you aren't hiding anything important from me."

said Cat-Girl feeling some anger.

"how can you think so little of me, haven't I proven to you multiple times that I am loyal to you? I am yours, I will never dare to defy your authority by hiding things. that is not me. that is not how I love."

said Dog-Boy aware that she will believe him.

on a secret room; the Executioner, Man with no Face, and the Ferryman are having a meeting. the reason of the meeting is to talk about Beau. they really want him to die soon, the sooner the better. the problem is killing him without attracting the unwanted attention of others.

Man with no Face explains to them, that he needs to hide himself for some time. the Executioner tells them that they found someone who can help. by being a distraction the 'day.' the Ferryman likes that idea. to use an outsider to do some noise.

Man with no Face stands up. he tells them to not search for him. he tells them that he is only going to show himself when the time is right. he is becoming even more paranoid of what he already was. he is on a breaking point.

"okay Executioner do your job. I won't make contact with any of you until the job is done. so I hope I can have good results soon. I don't want to see anymore failures. if we fail to kill him, we are the ones who will die."

said the Ferryman showing his frustration.

"there is nothing to fear my lord. everything is ready. sir, do not forget that the prophesy and prophets are on our side. we will end triumphant on this battle of power."

said the Executioner feeling passion.

Man with no Face says goodbye before he leaves. the Ferryman asks the Executioner if they have any doubts. after been working on the Bravo-Holly Mommy-One guild as a spy. he fears that the spy may start to believe on the told lies. the Ferryman wants to remind them about the mission.

the Executioner with no emotion shows him their loyalty by putting a knife on their throat. the executioner tells him that they only need the order and they kill themselves.

"okay I will take you by your words, my loyal servant."

said Ferryman with a creepy smile.
