the leveling of a loser

in an alternate everybody has a leveling system some began with a high level and some began with a low level. Gyeong Hyun-Ki is the lowest level in his school and gets bullied alot. everybody gets a skill that works with their personality but Gyeong Hyun-Ki didnt get one. on his 16th birthday he sits alone with a cupcake with a candle in it and he gets a skill that will let him trespass into the territories of the highest level players in a matter of months.
