Unbeknownst to humans, there are two worlds: The Real World, and the Underworld called the Purple Sea. Uriel, a self-proclaimed book addict was just reading by the fountain, unaware of how late it was. It was April 27. At exactly 11:27pm, a full moon occurred and the water at the fountain turned purple, a sign that the portal to the Purple Sea has been opened. It swallowed him down, way down into the Underworld. When he came back to the Real World, he was different. He had Aquakinesis, the power to manipulate water. But not only that, he also became King of the Purple Sea.

My Accidental Power

Princess Nicolette and I closed the bookstore at 5:15pm, then headed straight to the mall. It took less than 20 minutes to buy three pairs of shoes that she chose for herself, but I made sure that she had one pair of doll shoes, one pair of running shoes, and a pair of sneakers to add to her small shoe collection. I know that most women love shoes, so having three pairs plus the one that Justin gave wouldn't have been enough for an average female. However, Princess Nicolette seemed ecstatic for the small number of things that she owned. When I think about it, she didn't act like a spoiled Princess at all. She was curious about a lot of things and loved everything around her, but she didn't demand for anything more than the things she was given. I guess she isn't the materialistic type of girl, and I love that.
