Unbeknownst to humans, there are two worlds: The Real World, and the Underworld called the Purple Sea. Uriel, a self-proclaimed book addict was just reading by the fountain, unaware of how late it was. It was April 27. At exactly 11:27pm, a full moon occurred and the water at the fountain turned purple, a sign that the portal to the Purple Sea has been opened. It swallowed him down, way down into the Underworld. When he came back to the Real World, he was different. He had Aquakinesis, the power to manipulate water. But not only that, he also became King of the Purple Sea.

My Accidental Power

It was a bit hard to relay the dangerous situation to Hailey and Robin. They're kids. They're bound to be rowdy. It's rare to be a kid and be silent although as a kid, I was the silent type because all I needed was a book and my day was complete. But for Hailey and Robin, they've always been the super active and loud ones amongst my siblings.


Except for Marie, we didn't let Hailey and Robin know about the serial killer, but we did say that it was dangerous to be noisy. These last two days were a huge torture for them because Marie would always prevent them from making any noise every time they showed signs that they were about to. I felt so bad for them. They shouldn't be deprived of being kids. Most especially during the holiday season.
