Before Leonardo's death, he was known to be one of the most popular racers in the City of San Francisco in the United States of America. He could be seen in billboards, waving in cameras, but as unlucky as the paparazzi could get, they were not able to capture his face.
He had always worn his helmet even before the beginning of a race until all the awarding has ended. Nobody knows his real identity except me and Laurice. Although even before I and my half-sister became friends of him, our father Castielle had already reminded us that we would be encountering a unique character once we entered our junior high school institution.
Turns out, not only was he a popular racer, he was also the son of a wealthy real state agent – Mr. Agreste, making him Leonardo Agreste. It's a big name in the world of stock marketing and what not. I remembered I was not really interested with the family business, therefore it was no surprise that I also had no interest with this boy.
Laurice and I talked it out, that we were just there to live our Junior High School days as much as we could, hopefully in peace. But of course, as if fate would allow that to happen.
"Hey, you goth girl!" shouted a classmate of mine as she forcefully removes the headphone over my head. When I continued to ignore her, she slammed the 300 dollar worth headphone in my desk, and yes, it broke.
I remembered that day, that I was already prepared to give this particular bully a beating she would not forget, but Laurice immediately stepped in and gave the girl a German Suplex.
Gasps and horrified mumbles filled the room, and Laurice had this bright smile on her face, without remorse that what she did might have actually broken the girl's cranium in two. Of course, I was exaggerating – except that I'm not. After all, Laurice is a genetically modified human being, just like me and Topaz. Therefore, our strength is tenfold stronger than an average individual.
"You alright, Cory?" grinned my little sister.
"This. Is. Why. I. Told. You. To. Ignore. Them." I told her coldly.
"Yo, that was sick!" cheered a voice from outside the classroom.
There, we saw Leonardo Argeste, an upperclassman whom we were specifically avoiding, really had to appear obviously showing his interest on the scene he just witnessed – well, not just him, but the whole class.

"Laurice worries too much, it's scary."
