POV Fifteen days before the competition.

In Anjos Restaurant

The Manager was engaged in today's report about stockpiling the monster meat.

*rustle*

He flipped through the log from time to time. The pen rustled on the paper as he jolted the remaining work or the stocks that could be replaced with the other ones.

The manager closed today's log report taking the tea from the table. His shoulders relaxed as he finally got rid of today's burden.

His joints popped as he leaned on the chair finally resting his eyes. It was too much work.

Footsteps sounded through the door as a man in his casual outfit came into the office room.

The manager thought that someone from the staff came into his room as he didn't bother to respond to it.

"It was too much work for you," the man said as he sits on the chair.

The manager was in his tune as the voice sounded through his ear. He opened his eyes as his spine straightened. Sounding surprised he asked the man.

"Mr Arnas why are you here?"

"Haha, I thought to check on you" Arnas laughed as he sounded quite in a good mood

"The stockpiling has been going smoothly sir, I was quite surprised when you announced a competition," said the manager openly stating the fact.

The monster meat has been bought from the City's market in a large influx. They had to rent some warehouses in the town to keep the stock. It would be a good time for Anjos restaurant as they promote the competition as well as their food throughout the whole event.

"It's good that the stockpiling has been good and for the second one you know it already, no need to ask," said Arnas waving his hand with quite a frankness.

A waiter came in through the door. The manager had rung the button for calling in the hotel staff.

The staff came frankly. He saw the manager talking with someone. He looked toward the manager waiting for his instruction.

"What would you like Mr Arnas, "The manager asked with a smile toward Arnas who was sitting calmly in his chair.

'Mr Arnas' hearing the name the staff immediately straightened his posture. He was in awe of Arnas as he was the big boss of this Restaurant.

"Hmm, give me Glosa," said Arnas looking toward the staff with a smile after pondering for a bit.

"Yes sir," the staff said with a stiff posture as he walked out of the room quickly.

The duo was quite frank with each other. Manager asked him about some of the arrangements he didn't know about or was not clear about it. Arnas gave some tips he could provide to the manager.

Arnas was through the other half of his Glosa when a call came through The manager's hologen. The manager looked toward Arnas asking his permission through his eyes.

"Take it," Arnas said calmly as he rested one hand on the manager's table.

The call connected showing the face of a man in his 40's. The man was the first one to ask.

"Is it connected to Anjos Restaurant?" asked the man.

The man was in a suit indicating he was calling from official work.

"Yes I'm the manager of the Restaurant," said the manager engaging in the conversation.

"I'm the headmaster of Viz Academy, " said the man.

"Yes sir, what is it you need," the manager said continuing in his official voice.

"I heard the Anjos Restaurant is engaging in an event for the unawakened 8-year old kids," said the headmaster of Viz academy while showing the flyer toward the screen.

"You want the kids from your academy to participate," said the manager going directly toward the crux of the matter.

"That was quite direct, but yes our academy would like to participate in it," said the headmaster as a smile appeared on his expressionless face.

"Share the screen with me," said Arnas as he connected with the manager's call after getting his permission.

"Mr Arnas, our boss will talk from here, " the manager voiced in the conversation.

"Sure," said the headmaster as he got the idea as the voice sounded from the other side was different from the manager's.

The call connected with Arnas hologen. The manager watched toward the screen as Arnas took the lead.

"How many of the kids are there," said Arnas with a smile toward the headmaster.

The two in their official clothes while Arnas in his casual outfit, looked misplaced. But the headmaster of the Viz academy didn't mind as he said while returning the smile toward Arnas.

"There are about 60 of them Mr Arnas," said the headmaster looking at Arnas.

Arnas took a stop for a while.

"You know The Apple Valley School has around 100 students, plus 60 more from Viz academy," said Arnas while he took a sip of glosa.

Arnas pondering expression gave the headmaster nervousness of rejection. But he didn't show it on the face.

"You should have heard, The apple valley staffs would offer their work in the event," said Arnas changing the topic a bit.

The manager watched as the conversation between Arnas his boss and The headmaster continued. He watched all this as Arnas took the lead in the conversation with the opposite side.

"Yes Mr Arnas you don't have to worry about the staffs, " The headmaster said as he reached for the cup of tea.

His hand trembled as he reached for its handle. 'What is this man' thought the headmaster. He got more nervous the more he talked with Arnas.

Even the manager's sweatdropped as Arnas continued to talk. 'His conversation and negotiation skills are top notches' he thought as his respect for Arnas grew more.

Watching Arnas composure, both of their heart raced. They felt a coercion they had experienced. In front of a monster.

Arnas never applies mental pressure while in a casual conversation.

But he has a habit, he always releases pressure while, having a negotiation with the other party.

"Ok, it can be fulfilled," said Arnas as he nodded toward the headmaster.

*fuu*

A breath of air leaked from the headmaster's mouth. Indicating the relief he felt as Arnas approved with his proposition.

"Our staffs are quite busy with the event, you can send someone from your school to collect the participation form," said Arnas casually removing himself from the call.

"Yes, I will send someone tomorrow," said The Headmaster looking toward the manager without a hint of displeasure.

Nasha had gone through the official documents, inviting the police to patrol across the town for the event.

She had recruited a group of guards from the security company of the town. The guard will be there to guide the people as they take the journey from The ticket counter to the structure till they sit on it.

The police will be present aiding the guard to keep the chaos from the bay.

For emergency measures, Martha has developed some pills for the adult and the kids. There will a unit present from the Medanth town Hospital too.

An event of about 1000 people could be considered very small across the country.

But for the town, it was like a fair. It couldn't be considered a small amount. It was quite some time since someone hosted an event in this small town.
