Third Person POV

Izuku sat in the corner of his dark room, shaking. This wasn't new, have you seen his childhood? But this time it was different, he was truly terrified. Everywhere he looked, he saw his childhood friend or his family, getting tortured or dying the most painful death.

It was maddening, absolutely maddening. So here he was, sitting in the dark with a blanket covering his face as he rocked back and forth. It made it worse when Rikku or Toga would knock on the door, trying to get Izuku out of the room.

That's when his fears grew worse and more . . . there. He was Deku, the most feared villain and killer, so why the fuck was he cowering from something that was fake? That was what made him wish he was dead.

Izuku looked around his room and wanted to die. Katsuki was getting stabbed repeatedly, Rikku was getting injected with poison's or incurable diseases. Toga was getting electrocuted, and Dabi was getting burned alive.

"Izuku? I brought you food . . ." Rikku called from the other side of the door, "Can I come in?"

"No. . ." Izuku croaked out, not daring to look out of the blanket.

"Izuku." Rikku stated firmly, "I'm coming in! And you are going to tell me what's wrong!"

"It's nothing!" Izuku called, "Please, I'll be fine."

Izuku heard a huff, and then the sound of someone stomping away. He let out a sigh of relief, and opened his eyes. He just needed to get used to seeing the people he loved dying, easy peasy.

It took weeks, weeks of Izuku ignoring people, barely eating or drinking, even sleeping. But the quirk finally wore off and now Izuku could looked anywhere he wanted without seeing his family getting tortured. He almost fainted from the joy he was feeling.

Toga was in the middle of showing Rikku how to accurately throw a knife when Dabi burst into the training room. Toga and Rikku looked over to the huffing and puffing man, confusion written on their faces.

"Izu . . .Izuku isn't . . . in your room." Dabi puffed out as Toga dropped her knifes.

"Where is Izu?" Rikku asked as Dabi shrugged.

"The door was wide open and he was no where to be seen." Dabi replied, "And with what's been going on with him. . ."

Toga rushed passed Dabi and ran to the bar. Izuku sat on top of the counter, talking Kurogiri's ear off while taking a shot of amber liquid.

"Izuku. . ." Toga trailed off as she rushed over to her boyfriend, "What happened to you!?"

"Long story." Izuku winced as he placed a kiss on Toga's temple, "I was hit by a quirk, sorry for worrying you."

"You could have told us!" Rikku yelled at the door, "We could have helped you!"

"Yeah!" Toga yelled as a pout found a way to her lips, "I could have helped you. . ."
