Aizawa's POV
I walked into Deku's room, finding him sitting on the bed gazing at Toga with concern. I was honestly concerned for them too, but Moue told me that one memory was blocked from Izuku. That meant that problem child was hiding something even he couldn't bear with.
"Isn't it strange?" Izuku hummed with a small smile, "We are all born equal, but once we hit a certain age we are all separated onto different levels. Quirk power, physical power, that's all this society care about."
"I guess." I shrugged as his eyes met mine, but they were dull without it's usual shine, "I wanted to talk to you."
"What's up Eraserdad?" Izuku smirked with a small laugh.
"We had your mother arrested," I started as his face softened, "And I wanted to know something."
"What's that?" Izuku sighed as he tilted his head, "Is it about my quirk, or how many people I've killed? Oh how about-"
"We want to know if you want to be a hero." I cut him off, "From your memories, you've only killed or hurt people who have done something unforgivable. I don't see you as a villain."
His face hardened as he looked away from me.
"I'm a villain, Aizawa." he croaked out, "No matter what you think, I enjoyed killing them. No sane person likes to kill people. I'm not normal, I'm fucking insane."
"I don't see a problem in that," I said in a softer tone, "You've been threw a lot, I understand why you did what you did. You can make a choice right now, what do you want?"
His tear filled green eyes shot to mine, his mouth slightly agape.
"I-I" Izuku stuttered out, "I want to be normal. I want to have a quirk that doesn't make me crave blood, or want to hurt people. I want to s-save . . . people. . ."
I smiled as I walked over to him and ruffled his green hair.
"You can save people, you can be a hero." I replied as I walked towards the door, "Just have to try."
