Higura was doing late night shopping when he discovered a familiar person hideously drunk and it was Ms.Sakamoto. She just walked out of a bar and was now stumbling around the sidewalk. He watched from a distance and waited for an opportunity to slip by since he didn't want to be seen by her. She suddenly turned around and saw Higura.
"Damn it…"
She walked over to him stumbling as she took every step. When she got close to him she tripped and started to fall in but Higura quickly grabbed her.
"H-Hey *burp* Higura!"
"Um, Ms.Sakamoto? Maybe we should get you some water."
"N-No need! I'm…Im perfectly fine!"
"Haha, I don't think you are. Why did you even drink this much anyway?"
"Why…? Because I felt like it! You should join me for a drink!"
"No, I'm good. Can I please get going now?"
"Take me with you!"
She hopped onto Higura's back which in turn cracked it making it hurt quite a bit.
"P-Please get off me!"
"Awww, but we haven't gone anywhere yet…"
"O-Okay, where do you live? I'll take you home? Is that enough for you to get me off my back?"
"Sure! Why not?"
She wrapped her arms around Higura which made him feel a soft sensation on his back. Higura was finally enlightened by what his classmates were talking about on that day he was called in by Ms.Sakamoto after school.
'It really is a nice chest…Wait, wait, wait! I shouldn't be thinking that! She's my teacher!'
"Huh? Is something wrong?"
"N-No, nothing…"
He carried her to the address she gave him and couldn't stop thinking about the 2 soft things pressing onto his back.
"Are we almost theeere?"
"Yeah, only a little more."
She held him even tighter and lied her head onto his back. He could feel every breath she took and made him speed up his walking speed.
"Hey, Ms.Sakamoto?"
"Yes Hi-gu-ra?"
"Don't say my name seductively like that!"
"Haha…"
"Do you think it's possible to change my image?"
"Hm?"
"I'm only asking you this since you're probably going to forget once your no longer drunk…I've been faking being a delinquent so people would leave me alone…So I could do the things I wanted without people interfering…This year I've suddenly made more friends, which for some reason are mostly girls but it made me realize…Do I really need to keep people away from me anymore? My image of being a delinquent has already been burned into the student body and I know that the 3rd year middle schoolers are especially afraid of me…So I was wondering if maybe it's possible to change…That and also the fact that it's clearly not working if I'm making more friends…Huh…?"
He started hearing snorting and moved his head to see that she fell asleep somewhere in the middle of his question.
"Haaaah, I guess I'll keep it for now…Maybe that's what the world is trying to tell me by not giving me a clear answer…"
He reached her apartment and tried to shake her awake but couldn't get her to open her eyes. He put her down gently and went through her purse looking for her key. He found it and put in the door handle to suddenly realize something important.
'D-Does she live with someone? If she's living with her boyfriend that would mean a major misunderstanding…I can't just leave her out here…Haaa, I better not get killed because of this…'
He opened the door and looked inside. There appeared to be no life anywhere so he decided that she lived alone. He picked her up again after turning on one of the lights in her apartment and brought her inside. He walked into her bedroom and placed her on the bed. He threw her covers over her and looked for a piece of paper. He couldn't find any so he just used his receipt from his shopping trip. He wrote on the back of it:
"You were really drunk last night so I brought you home after I found you walking around. There's no need to repay me just try to not get that drunk again."
He was about to sign it and thought about which name he should put down. He thought for a second and realized it might be embarrassing to her if a student brought her home so he signed it using his pen name.
"Hopefully she doesn't think anything else happened after I brought her home…"
He put the note on her bedside table and started to walk out of her room when he was suddenly pulled into her bed. She was holding him down and he could barely move.
"Hi-gu-ra~?"
"Hey let go of me! Ms.Sakamoto, you don't really plan on doing something to a student, right?!"
She started taking off her shirt and leaned in closer to Higura and whispered into his ear.
"I love you, Higura."
"…Eh?"
She hugged him tightly and kept saying how she loved him.
"Y-You must be so drunk you're not thinking straight! Y-Yeah!"
"No, I really do love you Higura, so if you're not into me…Then I'll just have to get you to be into me…"
"Huh?!"
"I won't do anything without your permission."
"Then can I go? I'm sure you'll be better in the morning and school will just continue as normal. Yeah! Definitely!"
He managed to slip out of her arms and ran out the door of her apartment. Halfway back home he realized he left his groceries at her place but wasn't too fond of the idea of going back there until Ms.Sakamoto calmed down. He got home and was scolded by Kokoro but was also instantly forgiven since she loves him.
The mission to get the ingredients for tomorrow's dinner was a failure.
