"It's an honor for you to visit this room," said Axel.

"Mom wants to talk to you. Very important," replied the mother with a grave face.

Axel, who had been smiling, finally turned so tense, he ordered the people in the room to get out, including his mother's aide and lady-in-waiting. No one should know about family matters, especially since this is a grave royal household matter.

After everyone left the room, Axel, with a shallow voice and a shallow tone, asked the mother, what happened? Axel feels that so far, he has not done anything that harms the kingdom or the family.

"Is something bothering you?" asked Axel.

"Of course there is, and it deeply troubles my heart and my mind too. Who is the woman of your past that you still think about, that you no longer think about the future of your household with Charlotte? do you want to embarrass this kingdom because of your bad attitude towards your wife?"

Charlotte finally threw the locket into the lake because Axel was speechless. However, at that moment, Axel immediately ran and entered the lake to look for the pendant. Fortunately, the water in the lake was so clear that it was easier for Axel to find the charm.

After finding his locket, Axel went back to Charlotte. He was so angry with his wife that he couldn't control the look on his face. A scream finally escaped from Axel's lips, who had been holding everything back for so long.

"Are you crazy, Charlotte?! Can't you appreciate the story of someone you don't want to share?! If you think I will change my mind and also change my attitude towards you, you are very wrong!"

Charlotte was silent seeing and hearing her husband; she didn't expect Axel to be so angry because of the locket. Unknowingly, Charlotte's tears were running down her cheeks because of Axel's yelling. She never received harsh treatment from anyone, even from her parents, because she was the king's daughter.

Axel finally decided to leave Charlotte alone in the lake. He leaves with a burning heart and does not want to be disturbed by anyone.

Charlotte, who saw Axel leaving, was afraid to go home because she would meet Axel in the palace and their room.

Axel walked into the palace with his wet clothes on, everyone was watching, but he acted nonchalantly with an annoyed expression on his face. Adjutants and servants who saw it did not dare to ask to find out what happened to the king. Axel also left the palace without anyone knowing; that's a sign that he doesn't want to be disturbed by anyone.

Entering the palace room, Axel met his mother, who discussed changing the layout of the items in the palace and the palace workers. Axel's mother immediately stopped the discussion and approached the son, who seemed annoyed with something.

"What happened to you?"

Before long, while Axel and his mother were talking, Charlotte came over to them. However, at that moment, Axel gave his wife a very unpleasant facial expression and chose to leave.

"I'll change clothes," said Axel stepping away from his wife and mother.

Axel's mother, who could read the current situation, realized that there was indeed something wrong with the relationship between her son and daughter-in-law, and it was a serious matter. Perhaps the warning to Axel beforehand would not open his son's heart because of the already worrying state of the relationship. Axel's mother also saw Charlotte, who looked like she had been crying; her mind was fixed on the fight that must have just happened.

"What's the matter Charlotte?, said Axel's mother to her daughter-in-law.

Charlotte shook her head; she didn't dare to tell what happened between her and Axel. The last time she told her mother-in-law about the problems she was having with her husband, her husband hated Charlotte. She did not want to add to the issue again, even though the previous situation was not over.

Finally, Charlotte left her mother in the palace's living room. She burst into tears again as she held back her feelings. Charlotte tries to keep things to herself and tries to turn things around in her way.

After her son and daughter-in-law left, Axel's mother kept thinking about what to do to save their relationship. She didn't want any conflict that would result in a serious decision that would harm the Kingdom of Nirvana and the Kingdom Florin. Axel's mother also doesn't want her husband to fall ill again hearing this news.

Axel had just taken a shower and was still wearing his regular clothes when Charlotte came into their room. Charlotte didn't know what to do and just sat on her bed in fear. The atmosphere in the room became very quiet, unlike usual when the two of them were in the same room. Usually, even if they don't have a serious conversation, small questions always come out of the two of them.

Charlotte glanced slightly at her husband; the look on her husband's face was still the same as when they were at the lake. While clenching and playing with her palms, Charlotte took steps to speak to her husband first. However, until Axel finished putting on the clothes, Charlotte didn't say anything.

Axel, who wanted to calm himself down, chose not to meet Charlotte tonight until tomorrow. However, at dinner, he would still be present and sit side by side with his wife.

"Tonight I will sleep in my old room. Don't bother me first," said Axel.

"Is this punishment for me just because of a pendant?" Charlotte returns to action when Axel asks for some alone time. She immediately stood up, clenched her fists, and looked into her husband.

Axel, who had just arrived in front of the bedroom door and held the doorknob, was furious again because Charlotte said the pendant was like a useless item. Charlotte didn't seem to notice her mistake at all.

axel approached Charlotte and said, "That pendant you said is "only" is my precious thing!"

Charlotte immediately sat back on her bed, looking at Axel with teary eyes, until she shed tears. However, Axel was completely untouched when Charlotte had tears in her eyes. His feelings of disappointment, irritation, and anger have been mixed into one, so he can no longer soften.

After warning Charlotte again, Axel left his room to head to the king's room. He wanted to distract himself by busy managing the kingdom for the better. He also wanted to know how the adjutant reported on other cities he had not visited.

Axel also didn't intend to meet his mother this time because he knew that her mother would have many questions and made her think of answers. He didn't want to let his sick father know about his problem. This problem is a internal problem that he must solve himself. Axel also didn't want Charlotte to tell him things that could provoke her emotions back.
