Chapter 25: Time skip & Doctor Strange & Lady Death

After the honeymoon, Nat joined Rose in my inner world as well as the Cullen's and Nat seems to fit in pretty well. Most of their time is talking about baby clothes, cribs, and names for mine and Nat's baby, so I let them do their thing. After changing the time for my inner world to be slower than here, I've been meditating for a few months and it is not the year 2016 in which Doctor Strange happens. As I thought of previously, I'll make the dark dimension's mark appear on the Ancient One's head at the right time so events happen as usual, for now, hehe. Watching Dr. Strange crash that beautiful car was very sad, poor car. Strange will be fine besides his hands so nothing to worry about. Now, could I go fix his hands? Yes. Will I fix them? No. That would make events change drastically and Strange wouldn't change for the better. Lets be honest, he's an "I'm better than you at everything" type of dick before learning the mystic arts.

After a while of watching him fail repeatedly at fixing his hands, he gets the folder of the guy that was paralyzed but is now fine, so Strange is looking into it. As he's doing this, I'm making a rift to Kamar-Taj to see the Ancient one. Stepping through, she's reading a book with a smile after seeing the rift. "You're early aren't you, Lucifer." Giving a smile myself I reply, "Who knows? I see Strange will be on his way within the week or so. Still going to play the game of making him wait?" She actually has a mischievous smile and says, "Yes, I quite like the look on his face when the door opens and he falls inside." Chuckling a bit I reply, "True enough. While I'm here, I told you that I had a gift for you when you came to my wedding. It was a long and crazy night, well the next few weeks were as well, hehe. But, it's more like a deal than a gift really. Would you like to hear it?" Giving her a grin, she ponders for a moment and nods for me to continue. "So, in exchange for severing your connection with Dormammu and he won't find out either, I'll give you your own immortality. True immortality at that, and all you have to do is continue to protect this world from the sidelines while Strange takes over as Supreme Sorcerer. If you wish to not live anymore after some time, I'll personally guide you to the afterlife. Good deal right?"

After some deep thinking, the Ancient one stops pacing back and forth and sits in front of me once more. "What's the catch? There's always a catch in deals with gods." Giving a small nod I reply, "Correct, there is one small catch. Not only must you look after this world from the sidelines, you must answer my call if needed for a task, even if I'm in another world. Keep in mind, with gaining true immortality, you will also he fully healed. Truly, fully healed in 'all' ways." Wiggle my eyebrows with emphasis on all. Her eyes go wide and she says, "You don't mean?" Chuckling I say, "Yes, you can even have children since you won't be drawing from the dark dimension anymore as well as your body revering to it's prime state. Once again, good deal right?" Jumping up out of her seat she practically yells, "Deal!" Standing up an walking over to her I say, "This may hurt at first but you'll be alright, do you trust me?" Only a brief hesitation that is soon swept away, she replies, "After seeing all that you've done for this planet, I can truly say that I do trust you. And I hope you trust me as well." Giving a nod and reaching my hand to her forehead I say, "I trust you as well, you've kept this planet safe for a long time and that's proof enough of our good deeds. Welcome to godhood." A bright light engulfs a majority of Kamar-Taj and the masters and student freak out a bit but no one dares disturb the Ancient One.

After a minute or so, the light dies down revealing a younger looking Ancient One and no sign of any dark dimensional energy coming from her. "Congratulations, you're free of Dormammu as well as being fully restored to your prime state. You may also notice that your mystic arts is leagues ahead of everyone else combined. I'll be back when strange encounters Kaecilius and your, would be death, happens. See you soon." As I turn to make a rift, she grabs my arm and pulls me into a hug. "A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one." I see some tears falling on my shoulder so I softly rub her back. 'This meant more to her than I thought. It's fulfilling to help good people, hehe.' Wiping the tears from her face I say, "It's alright now, no need to cry. I can see this meant more to you than I originally thought, so your welcome." As I turn around again and make a rift home, she whispers, "Thank you, Lucifer Morningstar. I'll never forget this." I walk through with a smile and I can feel her smile as well.

After a few days, Strange is finally in Kamar-Taj while learning under the Ancient One. "It's time I guess. KATE, KARA, BREE come here please." After a moment, three portals open up and they're staring at me. "Bree, join your mothers for a bit and relax." Getting a nod and a hug, Bree heads to my inner world for some relaxation. "Kara, keep watch over our family in your world. If anyone tries to hurt them, kill them or bring them to me personally. Other than that, enjoy some time with your parents and sister, alright?" Getting another hug, Kara says, "Thanks uncle, I was starting to miss them anyways." Chuckling as she opens a rift I say, "Any time you want to see them just tell me first, although you'll be there for a bit so just relax for now." Receiving a nod, she leaves to her world.

"Kate, do you fear death?" Getting an almost instantly reply she says, "Yes, who doesn't? Well maybe you and your father I guess." Patting her on the head I say, "Poor girl, even before I died in your world, I didn't fear death. I welcomed it with open arms because of the problem with my soul. I wanted to be taken from that world and start anew. After you broke up with me, that was the last straw and the light in my eyes faded for good." She looks to be on the verge of tear at that statement. Walking up to her and finally being the one to give a hug today I say, "It's alright, I don't blame you for anything. You did what you wanted and that's free will. Now that I can feel something again, the second I saw you, all of my old memories started a flood of emotions but luckily I didn't have an overload, hehe." As tear come down her face, she giggles a little and playfully punches my chest. "Now, back on topic." Wiping her tears I continue, "As I said, I didn't and still don't fear death. So, today we're going to meet Lady Death for a little conversation. She runs the afterlife for all worlds and universes so I have a bone to pick with her. Getting a nod from Kate, I open a rift to Lady Death's domain.

Stepping through, we see a beautiful woman with bone white skin and black as void hair with eyes to match. A simple thin and revealing black robe covers her as she isn't ashamed of showing her body as no one usually comes here anyway. "So you've come after all, son of the creator. Welcome to my domain, how may I help you today?" Walking up to her throne made of skulls and bones, I get eye level with her which seems to irritate her. "Watch you emotions Lady Death, you won't like what happens if you anger or attack me." Giving her a grin only makes her glare harder and she says, "Do you think killing me will do anything except offset the balance of everything?" Chuckling a little I reply, "Actually it won't, I can do your job from any universe and many times faster. Or, I could find someone and give them domain over death and send them here to do it. So I'd watch your anger issues if I were you." Giving her a cold stare and releasing a bit of my aura, she actually starts to shake in fear as some sweat rolls down her face.

Meanwhile, Kate is in the corner observing this conversation and doesn't know what to do. On one hand, Kate is scared of Lady Death. But on the other hand, Seeing as I can make even death herself shake in fear makes Kate question even being scared in the first place. Kate knows that if Death or any other cataclysmic entity were to come after anyone that I love, they would die instantly and with no mercy or regret. Retracting my aura I say, "Impressive that you were still conscious after only a fraction of my full power. And by a fraction, I mean about less than 1%, hehe" Both Kate and Death's eyes go wide knowing that my full power could collapse multiple if not all universes at once. Luckily I control my power flawlessly. "So, I have a deal for you, Lady Death. When any of my family or friend dies, old or new, they get sent directly to me. I'll deal with their wish to either reincarnate or to move on to the afterlife. If you agree to that, you live. Quite the deal right?" Slowly nodding her head, Death is still in some shock.

Seeing Lady Death hesitate for a moment I say, "Fine, I'll even grant you a wish if you accept, but nothing over the top please." Death perks up and shakes off her shock at the mention of a wish. "Hmm..." Thinking it over for a bit Death says, "I wish to become your woman...please." Both Kate and I do a double take from each other and back to Death. Kate is now in shock and all I can say is, "You've got to be fuc-..."

(A/N: Hmm, what might happen now? hehe. There are many visual representations of Lady Death but I just put one together as having bone white skin and black hair and eyes is pretty much on point right? Anyways, not sure how this will go but you'll find out soon right? Next chapter might be tomorrow depending on work but definitely Thursday if not tomorrow.)
