It did not take the party long to be surrounded by monsters again. There truly was no safe region to hide in the ruins of the city. By now, a large portion of human settlements throughout the city had been brought to ruin during this new wave of monstrous incursions. As a group of reckless fools taking shelter in small abandoned shops and buildings that did not catch the eye of their enemies, Alex and his party had somehow managed to survive over the course of the week since they had departed the relative safety of the airport's confines.
