Ch 9 Nice sleep

At a nice plain grassland, Jin-Woo could be seen dealing with the boss of the dungeon. He and his shadow army has been inside of the dungeon for a few days already.

As he defeated the dungeon's boss, he got 50,000 exp from killing it while also getting a mana core of normal earth golem.

"Ha finally all done," Jin-Woo said with a sigh. He was tired nonstop fighting he has leveled up two times already. He took out the mana core on his inventory and held it out to the sky. It glitters in blue sparkles as Jin-Woo inspects it.

.

Item: Mana core of a golem

Description: A power source of a golem solely created to power and give life to it or Ai like life that can be controlled by the maker. One of the ingredients to make a golem.

.

"This can be used to guard the kingdom I build," Jin-Woo said with a smile as he stored it back to his inventory before making all of his soldiers go back to his shadows except for Fenrir who was wagging his tail.

"Let's get out of here," Jin-Woo said as he looks around before riding from out of the dungeon.

As they step outside the dungeon the portal behind them closes. Closing his eyes as he smelled the fresh air in the forest Jin-Woo breath a mouthful of air. "Where close buddy let's go quickly"

He said as Fenrir howl in the bright sky as it dashes forward at the east side of the Elven kingdom. He still wanted to make the location of his kingdom in the middle of the four known kingdoms in the forest of Everlope.

He has read the entire book given by the guard and has figured out some of the things needed to be learned.

After traveling for some hours he finally made it to where he has woken up from. It near a small lake that freshwater can be taken from also can be used to farm.

A nice location to start with. It has lots of trees, animals, water to drink and use for everyday life but also a safe place to be with that the closes beast that could be seen is a couple of miles away.

Jin-Woo nodded his head with satisfaction. "A nice place to start of coming out all of you," He said as all of his soldiers came out of his shadows kneeling in front of him.

"Ok, this is where will be starting to build our kingdom ill assign every one of you to do a task! But first of all anyone of you knows how to build a house?" He asks as some soldiers raise their arms. "Yes all of you who raise our hand are going to be building houses while the rest made a clearing and chop some trees the rest can do what they can do"

Jin-Woo said as he saw all of them working using what they have to complete his orders. But one thing he is forgetting is there aren't enough materials to build a good and nice house so they could only make cabins for the time being.

The shadow soldiers move 30 meters away from the lake and they started to cut the tree and stack them into a neat file at the corner.

*Smash*

Hearing trees breaking Jin-Woo look to see Igritz J. use his Warhammer to break the tree. "Igritz doesn't use the Warhammer on trees *Sigh*" Jin-Woo faces palm himself while Igritz. J look at him with question marks on his head.

"Look over there" Jin-Woo pointed to a boulder. "Use the Warhammer on that so you can move the boulder somewhere" Igritz. J nods its head before it walks towards the boulder.

Raising its giant Warhammer then using all its weight on it destroying the boulder to smithereens. Smiling Jin-Woo watches all of them work as he took out some meat from his inventory before starting to eat.

He watches as some of the knights started to build the first cabinet. One of the knights took out their swords or daggers before they slowly curve the wood. They use old techniques so they could make the cabin even without any other tools.

All of them work together just to make the logs round and neat. They made a hole at the very end of it and they started to work.

First was the floor it was a little elevated in the ground so crawling animals like snakes or bugs can get inside. They made it so a family of six can stay inside and still have room to spare.

They use the back handle of their swords like a hammer to push a small piece of wood to lock it in place. After a few minutes they have finished the wooden floor then they started to work on the walls of the cabin.

They just stack it upwards not before cutting the tree in half. The inside has the plat surface while the outside has the cylindrical side. They didn't use any nails or other materials but still wood.

They made a small piece of wood to have a pointed small cube-like shape while the body gets larger at the top of it. They finish the walls after 2 hours before building the roof.

Jin-Woo watches on the sideline as he was sitting o the ground Fenrir behind him so he can seat comfortably. He took out a piece of meat and gave it to him who eats it happily.

"I thought shadow soldiers don't need to eat? Perhaps it's because I don't need to supply them with a great amount of mana since I only need to use it once or is it the mana in the environment. Hmm, I'm not sure" Jin-Woo said as he touched the soft fur of Fenrir.

"Hmm soft," He said as he laid back and close his eyes. Zero came towards him and stayed still whole protecting Jin-Woo.

'My whole life has been a devastation but knowing you want to change this world for the better doesn't want me to regret coming with you my leash' Zero thought as he stands guard ready to kill anyone who disturbed his king.

As time passed the cabin was finally finish but no one made a noise at all like the whole world was silent so the king can sleep. He hasn't slept for 2 days now since they started to fight in the dungeon. (A/N: Cabin pic in comment)

All of his soldiers were doing all they can to stay quiet as the sound of wind and rustle of the leaves are the only thing they can hear along with the song of the birds.

Rest everyone needs it but Jin-Woos shadows don't need it. Jin-Woo can last this long because he is half-human and half shadow and could go on for weeks without sleeping but still would give him a huge headache if he did.

As peacefulness was everywhere Jin-Woo finally so come to it falling to darkness before the imagination of the mind came to be or it so is called a dream.
